Order anything on the menu and you wont be dissapointed. This is a locas "secret place". I came in here with my brood while running errands once and it has become our family stop in Hudson. My boys always order the banana split and the Nathans original hot dog, hubby the Mighty Dog along with a lemon italian ice, and I order the classic pumpkin pie or the orange creansickle float. The staff always greet us and make our order fast and correct. Their prices are VERY reasonable and wont break the bank if you stop by with your family. They offer high chairs for your kids and are very kid friendly and PATIENT. They have a super man icecream (pretty cool for kids becuase of all the colors) and birthday cake icecream that we recently tried and have become my boys favorite. We came here for the iceceam 9 yrs ago but keep coming back for the service and great food. Kid Friendly: Yes Ample seating: Yes Bathrooms: CLEANEST in town Best part of this place: the service, icecream and food Worst: nothing

A magical transport back into a simpler time. A tremendous selection of ice cream that is so creamy Im certain cows in Wisconsin were crying when they had to say goodbye to that milk. The 50s and 60s classic music playing while you lick your cones at the picnic tables outside create an enchanting environment, especially at sunset. The girls behind the counter deserve a big tip for the hard work they put into making sure every cone is perfect and made just the way YOU want it. Go to Hudson and let your ice cream dreams come true.

Very nice young ladies behind the counter. Very upbeat & polite. The ice cream was very delicious. The place looked very clean. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars was that the ice cream was very soft & starting to melt as it was handed to me. The owner needs to get those ice cream cases checked. Theyre not working properly. Might be as simple as needing a charge of freon. But still a really good place to stop & get some really good ice cream!

NOT HOME MADE ICE CREAM. Its delivered by a truck that owns a warehouse in Clearwater. It is manufactured there and distributed all over the state of florida to hundreds of shops. The recipe may be home made... But every recipe is home made. The colonel made his chicken recipe in his gas station - for an mean KFC is home made chicken dinners.... Ice cream is at an average quality. The majority of the 5 star reviews on here are from employees.

All the girls there are always awesome except for tonight Monday September 18th Google said they close at 10 the door said they close at 10 in the open sign is still flashing in the window but at 9:40 p.m. The doors were locked two young ladies inside cleaning with no intentions of serving me ice cream or anyone else for that matter been here a hundred times this was the first and only disappointment

Fresh, flavorful ice creams and really great hotdogs... Ive been getting the black sweet cherry ice cream for my mom and she loves it! The portions are huge and worth the price. If you get their ice cream card, you get a free scoop after purchase of ten ice creams. The staff is very nice, considerate and very patient! Definitely one of Hudsons best places to go to.

loved the ice cream and the setting. just takes you back. awsome ice cream, service, and clean place with a 50s look to it. try the choclate volcano, just melts in your mouth. so many variety of ice cream, all homemade.. yummy.. only negatives: they are too old fashioned, that they only take cash but that kinda adds to the charm of the place. Great little find!

Ice cream wasnt bad but wasnt anything special. They dont have ice - so if you want a drink be ready to drink it out of a can. Also took a while to find some napkins. Also they dont take cash. They serve ice cream, drinks, and hot dogs. The inside was charming with 50s diner type decor on the walls. Next time I would probably go elsewhere.

This play is always busy { great sign } which means great food, excellent ice cream -- and their portions are not a golf ball size scoop of ice cream for a single. I DO highly recommend this as a great stop for a hot day or a cool day if your in the mood for good food great ice cream with great big portions Im your cone, on in a cup!

Love, love, LOVE this place!!! The selection is huge, and the staff is typically very efficient and helpful. I only wish there were more inside seating available, but aside from that its a great place for a hang out, date night, or if youre just in the mood for some great quality ice cream!

Was extremely at awe when I craving Ice Cream and decided to drive to the local parlor, and it was thirty mins to close and I wanted a quick single scoop and right before my eyes as the worker appear to be cleaning up( Meanwhile noticing me pulling up) the Open sign was switched to off..

Ice cream is probably good. Never had a chance to try. Ordered a banana split- they didnt have bananas. They wont substitute banana for anything else. Manager Brittany was rude and didnt even talk to us. Said we can have a banana split without a banana or just dont get it. Rude.

Wonderful homemade ice cream with a LOT of flavors to chose from. If you dont see your favorite ask as they may have it in the back. Join their club and get a free serving after 10 punches. Usually busy but servers work very fast. Forget the calories and enjoy this place.

WOW! Ice cream was awesome and the dining room takes you back to the 1950s. The staff were super friendly and treated us so kindly. I accidentally spilled my ice cream and they gave me another scoop at no charge. Good customer service is hard to come by these days.

This place is so yummy and such a cute little setting. Hudson doesnt have a lot of cute places around but this is def. one of them. They have tons of flavors to choose from. The scoops are huge so you def. get your moneys worth!!
