I preordered a OREO® Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich Cake 5 days in advance for a triple birthday party on a Sunday. I asked to pick it up Sunday morning, so there was no room for any errors. When I told them what I was picking up, they went back to the freezer and brought it right out. The saleslady opened the box to show me the finished product, and it was perfect. We ordered the white cake with Very Berry Strawberry ice cream. It was a huge hit at the party from the youngest to oldest. Thank you. Well definitely order again.

Was an absolute terrible experience! Will never return to this location. Staff was extremely rude when we tried to order, obviously wasnt listening since we had to repeat ourselves 3 times. Ended up leaving, not worth it. The car in front of us had also left without ordering, probably for similar reasons. I feel bad for the woman who was behind us likely awaiting similar disappointments. To anyone reading this, either go to a different location or just stay home because you wont get any ice cream here.

Im from Las Vegas NV so the BR is never in a shared space with any other restaurant. Usually my experience withBR is always great and I look forward to buying a sundae, but this location is terrible. The two guys that work behind the counter were eating donuts and ignoring customers , when one of them finally acknowledged me , he was rude. I spoke w the manager but she didnt seem to care. Blahhh

Horrible service. I tried to order World Class Chocolate at the drive thru and instead of letting me know that they didnt have any (which would have been understandable), they tried to pass off two different flavors thinking i wouldnt notice.

DD staff was delighted to serve BR ice cream when I went. They definitely were generous with their portions. As much as I like to support small businesses, sometimes this works when you have a hankering for a frozen treat
