Name Is Karma
My family and I went for ice cream here about a month ago, it was very busy but both gentlemen on duty were very patient and polite, they even joked around with my kids who were starting to get antsy. Anyways we make our way up to the counter to pay for our ice cream and our stupid card wouldnt work on the machine, the strip on the back was giving us problems. So the gentleman at the cash register paid for our ice cream. It was a VERY kind gesture and not something that you see happen a whole lot these days. We are very grateful for him doing that, and his customer service level is astounding

Doesnt help when The store hours are 5a-1a and you get there at 5:55am just for no one to be there and the doors locked. Hey at least the lights are all on so they can see when they decide to show up
