Horrible experience! They ruined my daughters third birthday cake. I ordered online and left detailed instructions following their online order form. I used their drop down menu to select the special message and they even messed up the spelling! The colors were completely different from the ones I selected. To make things worst the attendant told me the spelling was off because Spanish is difficult ! Thats discrimination and lack of consideration for your diverse customer base. Especially when you have the Spanish option online to choose. The attendant also kept smiling as if that was going to fix the issue and told me next time you get a better one! There WILL NOT be a next time. I can understand errors, but not that many and I didnt care for his lack of sympathy/care. I requested a full refund.

Traditional scooped ice cream at Baskin Robbins was a sweet throwback to my high school days. Unlike heavy-soled plaid-accented K-Swiss trainers and fluffy scrunchies, ice cream is still appropriate for public consumption. The fare was a nice change of pace from the exotic offerings of Jenis and the higher price point of Graeters.

We got completely ignored at this place. After waiting at the counter for 3 minutes (where they looked directly at me and still ignored me) we walked out and went to Graeters instead. I will never go back.

Small amount of ice cream for the price. I got 2 scoops that were very small compared to what you would get at other ice cream places, only filled up about half the cup.

Went through the drive through and was told they had 3 kinds of ice cream available and that was it. Went somewhere else.

Told us to leave after we got our ice cream because they were closing. It was only 9:20 and they closed at 10.
