Only leaving one start because cant leave a zero. I went in this place being new to the neighborhood and was excited I found a spanish restaurant near me, anyways I went inside ordered a steak sandwich around 5pm. Cook immediately comes out the kitchen telling the waitress he wants to go home and to dont take my order. As he walks in the kitchen the waitress says dont worry have a seat hes cooking it now. I reexamined the menu and decided to get some else for my wife and child at home. Waitress takes my order and as soon as she puts it in the computer Bam comes out the chef saying dont be adding anything else I want to go. I immediately got up and left. Cant believe they would have someone like that working there doing that in front of customers nonetheless. NEVER will go back again. EXTREMELY RUDE PLACE!!

this place started good but quickly went into a downward spiral. Im Latin and have family who own restaurants. With that being said, Im deleting these people from my local restaurants list. The service is below expectation for any local restaurant. Ive tried different things on the menu to give them a chance to redeem themselves and time after time, i find myself regretting my decisions. The last I got was grilled chicken. How can you mess that up? this was tough as the sole of your shoes and loaded with seasoning and lemon to disguise the taste. Maybe it was mojo loaded with onions. disgusting. I dont even want to type anymore. Find another place to eat. I wouldnt feed this to my dog.. I dont eat fast food but next time the golden arch a few streets down will do.

*NOW UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT, review below is for old management* This is not a bakery, they call it a "bakery" but just because you call a dog a cat, it doesnt make it a cat. Theyre Latin pastries are old and stale and their selection is smaller than most latin cafeterias Ive been to. Theyre rice was average, the beans were horrible, theyre breaded chicken was great, theyre Cuban Sandwich was not bad but could use improvement. I really hope they improve, theyre the only Latin restaurant close by.

Place is a mess. They never answer the phone for take out. You can call all day and they still wont answer. Im actually trying to call and place an order for my family and its like they dont care. Worst service ever. I dont mind the food, its not that bad, but the service and hospitality is not there. Super unprofessional and lacks management. Dont go to this place. They treat you like a number and no a person. I dont recommend this place to anyone. Sorry but this place is terrible. BEWARE!!

Honestly.. it was ok. I make a better breakfast at home. You could tell my whole breakfast was some frozen microwaveable crap. The hash browns and pancakes look like the ones from McDonalds. The cafe con leche sucked. The eggs sucked. Everything sucked besides the hash brown and sausage of which they didnt even cook it was some store bought frozen crap they just warmed up. My bf had a sandwich though of which was pretty good. I suggest going there for lunch but for breakfast forget about it!

I live in the area and I was extremely excited when a local eatery was opening up, especially a Latin place but unfortunately they are PITIFUL. Their breakfast menu is a JOKE and resembles something that a 15 year old experiments with in Home Economics class. Their dinner service is just as bad.... I mean, how can anyone call themselves a LATIN CAFE/RESTAURANT when they cant even cook a basic Pan Con Bistec.... Tried their breakfast and dinner menu and will never, ever go back!

In my opinion, we need a new latin food restaurant in this neighborhood! Though the signs state "under new management," the food and service are still the same, horrible! Received day old rice on one trip, then my empanadas were cold inside! After 5 trips, I was disappointed 5 times. Please head my warning and do not bother spending your money here. Spend more time and drive to another place.

The staff is outgoing and the place is very clean. Since the new management has taken over , every time I go there is something new and delicious. I have been coming to this place straight through all four managements for the past 6 years and this one by far since the first one seems to be the most promising. The food is great and their prices are good. Its a work in progress but so far so good!!

OMG Love this place, stumbled upon it by accident. My daughter attends the tae kwon do school next door and we randomly decided to have dinner there, it was awesome. The service was great, the place was clean and the food was amazing. I had the hibachi churrasco stake and shrimp, it came with fried rice like Benihanas. Me and my family eat there now at least once a week!

One of the worst restaurant experience ever. The Fat waitress didnt even get us silverware to eat with. She incorrectly charges us an orange juice and didnt respond with a helpful attitude. When we request the charges to be removed she declined and blamed us for the mistake. Unprofessional and zero customer service.

Every time Ive come, the food has been great, but its taken me longer than 15 minutes to get someone to serve me. I like to sit outside and I make sure to go inside to alert the staff that Id like to sit outside...that would be my only complaint...otherwise, once the service starts, its always on point...

Good place to eat,im a vegan and they always remember how to make my mofongo,without animal products..and the black beans are always good!..i like this place and recomend it to anyone in the area or traveling thru ,and want to eat good food before going into the florida keys or traveling back!
