Its the last Starbucks before the Key Largo starts (mainland Florida ends). Great place to stop by for a break, especially if you are coming through route 27 and 997. The staff is great and very friendly. More importantly, the lady who attended us had the smartness and sensitivity to take off whipped cream from our order of Mocha Frappe after learning that we have asked for Almond Milk (vegan Frappe). At other places, even after saying that we want a vegan version of something, the person taking order doesnt have the brains to let us know at least other dairy products that are getting used while making our order. We visited this place twice and on both the occasions I used the restroom. It was quite clean and things were well maintained, except that it was out of soap on both the occasions. They have outdoor seating available in addition to a large indoor seating area. Inside, it is pretty much like a standard Starbucks with their products on display and for sale. They have some of their own barista creations which can be tried. We stuck to our regular choices.

Horrible drive-thru experience. They apparently do not know what breakfast sandwiches they are handing out or advertising. When the sandwich was received it was not what was advertised. When a call was made to report the problem their team leader on November 16th 2016 at 9:25am (a young lady) was very abrupt and quick to dismiss the call away. This is 2nd time they do not double check their order accuracy for an order (last time at night they confused a cranberry bliss bar for granola bar).

Horrible horrible!! Asked for a free refill, because green and gold members are entitled to one after they buy a drink. Specifically ordered a frap and then wanted a tea for refill. Lets just say I had to work for it. I had to have corporate on the phone to tell them I was entitled to a free drink. Keep in mind it was the "supervisor" I was dealing with lol

Not a huge fan of Starbucks, but the inside is less corporate and more cozy than most Ive been in (a huge plus!). Ample seating, cramped parking lot. Near an extremely busy intersection and merge lane. Staff seems friendly though sometimes more interested in their conversations between each other than taking orders, but most have been pleasant people.

I like this place, its a great little neighborhood cafe thats not ridiculously corporate. It does have a hipster vibe, good coffee and a small selection of standard pastries. The customer service is good and it can get very busy at times, but all in all I like to support local businesses so Id definitely recommend it for your morning cup.

This location was a bit messy and tables were dirty. Such a shame really because this is one of the bigger Starbucks Ive been to. It seems like they havent wanted to maximize on it available area by putting more tables and chairs. Be warned unless you sit by the wall, There are no wall sockets to charge you devices.

Dirty floors and counters, overflowing garbage, messy toilets. Plenty of staff, just nobody seems to feel responsible to clean up once in a while. On a Friday afternoon with all the traffic to the Keys youd think they know how to run the store clean and efficiently. Drinks were fine, but the store itself was a mess.

Every time I visit the keys or Florida city, I visit this Starbucks. The employees are great, service is fantastic and the drinks are good. The only thing that really sucks is parking. There is a drive through but its really tight. Worth the stop though if youre heading down that long road to the keys!

The service sucks and the employees arent knowledgeable of their products. For example, the tazo green tea w/lemon grass. The customer service was POOR!!!!! I was deeply saddened when the employees laughed in my face when I requested the aforementioned product. Hats off to the Homestead Starbucks!!!

Friendly employees, and very large inside. A lot of places to sit. Clean bathrooms. Other reviews complain they dont know their products.... But common, how many different coffee and teas do they need to memorize for their (most likely) temp job at serving you coffee?

This is a nice place to stop if you are on your way to or from the Florida Keys. There is ample seating and parking. There is also a drive through, though it can be slower than going inside.
