I rarely go to Hialeah, this time I found myself in town with my husband. We were extremely hungry and came across this restaurant, for whatever reason we decided to eat here. It was packed all around, but the hostess attended us extremely quick, I noticed she was with customers on the far end of the store. Immediately after we sat a bus boy brought us delicious golden colored toasted bread with butter and water. We ordered Sopa de Platanos for appetizers, Churrasco de Pollo for dinner and Crema Catalana for dessert. The manager stopped by twice to make sure everything was going accordingly and correct. Our waitress had half a dozen other tables, but she made sure we were rightfully attended, I noticed her speeding back and forth, getting us more drinks and checking if we needed anything else.I have not had an experience like this at a restaurant in a long time, at the very least not in Hialeah, and next time we find ourselves back in town we will definitely pay another visit.

Buena comida y buen precio...además la decoración es sofisticada y agradable para el estándar en Hialeah ...pero: Comer escuchando como alguien le cuenta al grupo de camareros de la puerta ( unos 5) los juanetes que tiene, por un lado y otros 4 camareros o personal trabajador del local, por otro lado, charlan sobre si el Tesla es mejor coche que un Ferrari...no sé yo...deberían cuidar más esos detalles...o quizá tan solo HABLAR MÁS BAJO y mostrar respeto por los clientes en el local...

El servicio es horrible. Hice un pedido para delivery y la comida llego fria. Mi esposo pidio un biste de palomilla empanizado y le llego uno de pollo. Cuando llame a informar se pa persona en el telefono pregunto varias veces que que fue lo que ordene. Me dijeron que me hiban a enviar la comida nuevamente. Espere 45 minutos y no lleho nada. Tuvps que llamar nuevamente y nos dijeron que ahora venia en camino. Mi eappso tuvo que pedir el dinero de regreso. Mas nunca ordeno de ahi.

Good food excellent service .but the cafeteria side durty all over the place caffe and milk all over the walls ... Buena comida exelente servicio . El area de la cafeteria bien sucia leche y cafe por todas las paredes piso y lavamanos sucios con tantas trabajadoras en la ventana podian limpiarlo. Sorry por mi opinion que es la de muchos que evitan ir por la ventana

Mi experiencia fue muy mala,un arroz moro recalentado,unas papas fritas que parecian del dia anterior, una racion de rabo encendido sin color, tres huesos a 18 dolares .....y yo que fui a pasar mi cumpleaños. Todo malisimoo. Procuren mejorar,se quedaran sin clientes. Esa es mi sugerencia.

Worst food ever. Service awful it took 15 mins , for my food and the taste was horrid. I ordered an omelet and when i cut it in half there was egg yolk and uncooked eggs in side. I also ordered crocetts and they were cold. It was gross. I went to the bathrooms and it was dirtier than a New York subway. The last time I was there everything was great but it was only because the head manager was there. So this tells me when the head manger is the everything is perfect but when hes not that restaurant is a hot mess. Even the waitress was dirty. NEVER GOING BACK! DESERVES 0 STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!

el servicio fue friendly y atento, las sopas estaban muy buenas, la amabilidad y cortesia del staff, sobre todo la atencion de las waiters yuleidys y juliana , son significativos y diferenciados en el area de hialeah, asi se hace restaurantes !!! Bendiciones y Salud !!!

I love it here! They have great prices on everything and even have specials for each day of the week. They also have a 2 for 20 menu and over an all day breakfast meal. Their croquetas are big and are handmade just like their empanadas. And they always bring you pan con mantequilla when you first sit at the table. The best thing of all is that they have huge portion sizes they literally bring out the chicken in one plate and the rest of the stuff in another. Also theyre open late. You can eat outside or in. I love this place!!

Was in the Hialeah area today and decided to eat a little Latin food. I must say I was disappointed in the "Manager "The drinks didnt taste good. Soda taste flat ., So we had to pay $2.50 for a can soda. The food came out , it tastes great. But to my surprise they had roaches in the restaurant. The roaches was crawling on the chair across from us. We told the waiter. She told her boss , He didnt even come to the table to say anything . I would not be going back to this restaurant. Poor management

La gente muy amable y servicial todo el personal en general camareros y supervisores la comida muy rica.es un lugar donde te apeteceria trabajar.cada gente con su peculiaridad en ambos turnos .pero en general una gran familia.orgullo de miami

I am not impressed. Service was good my server was great. I ordered the palomilla steak with white rice and beans. $12.95. Id had it cheaper in other places. But what did not impress me was the taste of the palomilla. I think it was not palomilla steak. I think it was a cheaper cut of meat made to look like palomilla steak. It did not taste like palomilla should taste so I think I got tricked. If anyone else has eaten palomilla here let me know. Thanks.

Se enfermo toda la familia con el pollo que nos comimos.hoy cometimos el error de ir a comer de nuevo no habíamos terminado de comer cuando nos trajeron la cuenta y ni siquiera comimos postre. Y los baños eran una asquerocidad.

Tried to eat here today. Walked in and waited to see if there was a list since none of the wait staff was asking if I wanted to be seated. After multiple attempts to ask about a seat, I was flat out ignored, by what I assume was the manager (since she was dressed differently than everyone else) probably because I asked in English. Oh well. This place was once a go to spot. Not anymore.. Will NOT go here again!!! Wish I could give it negative stars!!
