My worst experience ever dining out with my husband. I would not recommend anyone consider this place for a nice breakfast with your husband or family. Ill tell you why, I walk in with my husband and we order and this girl was incredibly disrespectful to my husband. We finally get to sit down in this place where by the way there is like no seating and they come and serve us our food. They didnt even give us what we paid for the croissant was suppose to have cream cheese but did not and they just warmed up the croissant and put cold ham in there. Then they served us our coffee in these ugly plastic cups while everyone else got these pretty tea cups. When we asked about getting a different cup for our coffee they were rude and said they had some but they were dirty. I felt so disrespected and frustrated with place I couldnt even finish my food. We also ordered this mango mousse cake and I only ate a little. Dont get me wrong it was delicious but the whole atmosphere of the place ith its rude service. I was done. We go to pay and yet again the girl was very rude. My husband asked why they didnt put cream cheese on the croissant and she told him we had cream cheese but we dont put cream cheese on that item so I didnt give it to you. When clearly on the menu it states that cream cheese comes with the croissant. I am very angry and frustrated with this place. By the way guys if your reading this which I hope you are you have terrible coffee and terrible service. They just put milk and coffee together and it was so hot I burnt my tongue. My worst experience ever dining out with my husband when it should be a pleasant and enjoyable time was ruined by going to this place. Stay far away from here!!!!! We order a capuchino and got a cafe con leche

Terrible customer service, food is not great and staff is inconsiderate. I orded a simple croissant with a capuchino. The server brought me "Cafe con leche" instead, served in a pastlic cup. I asked why she didnt serve it on one of her nice cups and her response was "Theyre dirty" (it doesnt take an hour to go clean one) The croissant had no cheese in it and the ham was cold. I asked why she didnt serve me capuchino, she said it did not come with the order and I had to pay extra. I was aware of that but still she brings me some cheap cafe con leche on a plastic cup. This place has potential of becoming something good but they need to care for their customers more! Never coming back again, and will not recomend this place to anyone.

Que asco de lugar. Los pastelitos son solo de masa, no tienen nada adentro. Lo reclamamos y nos respondieron mal. Nos dijeron que nos podian dar mas jamon y queso en el plato. Jajajaja, que animales. Y el resto de la atencion fue una pesadilla, asi que nos fuimos de alli. unca volveremos ni daremos recomendaciones de esa basura de lugar.

I cant even give it one star.... Their delivery service is bad. Called around 1 to order something for "DELIVERY" and I was told to call later on because the owner stepped out to buy things for the bakery. You shouldnt advertise that you deliver on the front of the menu if you dont have all through out the day delivery. Its ridiculous because I wasnt able to go there my self and I was bummed out when I basically was told that if I wanted my food delivered I would have to wait until a delivery person was available. For the most part the food is good but thats a big negative for customer service. Shame on you

If you want a milkshake or soup of the day you should skip this place. I went there three times and will not go back. I tried to pick up their soup of the day two times and they said they do not have the time to make the soup every day. I went back to get a milkshake and the lady behind the cash register told me to come back in 10 minutes because she did not have time to make a milkshake. I was the only one there. I really dont know how they stay in business.

I come here for breakfast. For the price of $7 I received the #3 vida loca- eggs, jamon, fries, toast & a yummy cafe con leche. We also got a croqueta de jamon which was delicious. They were busy yet I got served very quickly. Many people complained about their delivery service. I havent used that however this is a very small cafe with a couple employees, what do you expect on delivery. Get up & come in and eat ;)

Had to update my review I cant believe they actually asked me to call back later to order my breakfast what a joke I order breakfast from my local restaurants every week for an entire family. They will not be getting my business again. Loss revenue due to something so simple its called paper and pen and telling someone please hold

This place is amazing! I went for the first time today and lived it. The entire staff was so friendly and the service was fast. Just posted on fb for all my Cutler Bay friends to go. Absolutely loved it!

Just went for the first time after my wife told me about it. I thought it was just another bakery, but they also serve the best arroz imperial Ive ever tasted. I highly recommend this cute family bakery.
