Only reason I gave this place 1 star is because I needed to do so in order to write this review. I am utterly upset with the low quality of their chicken wings! I cant believe I wasted money on hooks when I couldve had SNAPPERS!! My boyfriend and I are extremely outraged and displeased. Service was nice but food, HORRIBLE! They will never get my money ever again! I couldve been having wings and shrimp with cheese sticks at snappers right now but I had to settle for this.

The cashier could use a lesson or few in etiquette & customer service. "Hugh" is NOT a way to respond to a customer. She also mispriced a beverage. When I received my receipt I realized she charged me more than she quoted me. When I inquired of the price difference she replied, "That was for a flop". She knew exactly what was being purchased. There are cups on the counter with prices for small & large. Neither were the prices she charged me.

This place is obviously under new management and they are nothing like the prior owners. The fries were dark brown as if cooked in old grease and they were not hot. My fish did not come with bread as usual and the shrimp tasted less than fresh. The lobby is dirty and the sign out front is torn down. The new people there are destroying the quality this Hooks was known for!! FOUR thumbs DOWN!!! Im sure Snappers is much better!

Hated it came way from Liberty City feenin for some chicken wings and when I got there I was told there was no wings. Do not waste your time what a waste of gas. N the person who was taking my order was actually laughing sounded like a kid.

The conch was horrible it was burned and inedible the shrimp was ok. Usually hooks has good conch but this was not the case. Price would have been ok if the food was good. Will not revisit.

Price of fish is a little high wings are good but the sauce is just slapped on their. Large portions is a plus here. They just need to work on there presentations.
