This has to be the worst location in America! On 10/25/2016 I ordered a #7 spicy with fries after a 30 minute wait in a line of 2 customers then offered a 3 piece tenders with two sides for $5, the manager that took my order got upset when I refused the offer. While waiting 40 minutes for the food to be ready, I saw an employee passing bags of chicken to his friend through the employee door, customers what ordered before I arrived that were friends with the staff were offered 1 gallon bags of tea and complete meals for their wait. When my food finally came of course it was totally wrong, the rest of the staff seem to be upset that they had to remake my order. This was my first and last time going to this location.

Awful service! Employee on fry machine was working and chewing with mouth open. No AC when outside temp is 82. To top off the awful experience, homeless people circle parking lot and stay close to the windows to watch paying customers eat. Anyone wonder who manages this store! It shows they dont have one. Dinner was over when a homeless man came in wearing a blanket and clown socks/red clown shoes, and walked like a sloth past all tables eyeballing everyone. Worst Popeyes EVER.

I love Popeyes chicken, but I dont like this location. The staff is just not nice, they are rude to customers and are not friendly. I asked for a cup of water a couple of times and each time I was told they do not give water. They told me I had to buy a drink. Ive never been to a place that wont give you free tap water, at worst its in those small plastic cups. This makes me suspect the problem is management.

Nos encanto la comida, no esperaba mucho por su ubicacion (barrio algo marginal en Ft. Lauderdale). El pollo muy fresco, el local limpio, y si regresaria.

Food services is horrible. Treated like crap at the window. Had to wait forever for the food. In the end, my lemonade was watered down, the fries stale, and none of the sauces I asked for where provided. At least the chicken was good and that is why it gets one star. If you have a choice, go to a different popeyes.

Service was slow. Chicken was cold and old. I give a star for being open; that I was able to use restroom to throw up. Even getting to the restroom was an issue; being that I had to pay a tax or told to the street people that was lounging around in lobby.

Horrible service. I experienced a worker with an awful attitude. Dont expect a thank you or any other form of pleasantry. The food is excellent, but check your order before you leave. They get it wrong more times than right.
