Absolutely awful experience. I am not one to judge restaurants too harshly or ever write reviews but this place is a joke. We got one word responses from the employees, no eye contact, no greeting. We walked in and had someone come from the back and basically ask what we wanted like they didnt get why we were there. We went at about 7 on a Saturday and the buffet was cold and there was barely anything in the containers. It was just gross, I didnt enjoy any of the food and had to pick around everything because it was such bad quality. Not only is everything crappy about this place, it isnt even a cheap dinner for what it is...it cost me about $16 for two people to feel sick to their stomach. I have never felt so guilty or regretted eating something so much as I do now and Im not the healthiest eater. If you enjoy crappy service, crappy food, and an overall awful experience, this is the place for you. I cant figure out how they are still in business...

Disgusting Place, Disgusting Service! If you try to order a delivery, DO NOT PICK this place! Ive heard what they chat. I guarantee that you cant get any more add-ons if order online. For example, if you want more shrimp, scallops, or even more vegetables, you never get what you want. Because they pretend unseen. If you want more shrimp, $1 for each; If you want more scallop, $1 for each; if you want more broccoli, $1 for 4 tiny crown pieces, etc. So people, THINK BEFORE ORDER! You think what you eating is clean? No! Go take a look their kitchen, then imagine what youve eaten. You know why they have such low google rating? Because they change owner very often. And all of them cook sucks!! To me, my taste for Asian food is average, but this restaurant is so shamed!! Guys, if I were you, I wouldnt place any orders anytime.

This was the worst Chinese food I have ever had. Placed an order for delivery February 10, 2016 around 6pm. Orange chicken, egg drop soup, mai fun noodles chicken and house combination fried rice. Long pieces of chicken like it belonged on a stir fry meal rice was dry and over cooked. Orange chicken had a whole orange in it peeled and sauce was nothing but orange sugar mai fun noodles dry and tasteless. Called back to complain they said no refunds and we had never ordered from them before. What difference does it make how many times we placed orders or ate at your restaurant. Good customer service would have been to refund and ask never to call again. Needless to say we should have went with our first mind and ordered pizza. $25.00 PLUS TIP FOR TRASH

Normally I dont write reviews or complain about restaurants but I really felt I needed to on this one. I just left the hospital from an overnight stay with my kids and we were very hungry and on my last $40 I decided ok well lets do the buffet. I so regret it. I dont mind paying for my kids to eat but there selection was very poor. And the AC in the restaurant on a 90+ degree day was not working they never warn us about it not working ahead of paying for our food. And I told the lady that charged us she should really put a sign saying ac not working out on the door to give customers the option of dining without AC... She ignored me. So I had to put up with the heat, moody kids, and Im 8 months pregnant which made everything seem 10 times worse.

Chinese seems to be a hard thing to find in downtown Indy. I came to this spot, which is close to the hospital and IUPUI. It was lunch time and a decent crowd was present. After paying, I quickly noticed the dirty floor, drink area, and dish storage. I immediately regretted my decision to dine here. I should have just left but didnt. I had the normal fare of General Tso, rice, some broccoli, and miso soup. The food seemed fine but I had a hard time not seeing the state of things. I understand the meal was around $8 but there are some great options around Indy for that price but with at least a clean environment. If you are looking for Chinese, I really recommend going elsewhere.

I ordered takeout for my girlfriend and I as she was working close by at the time. We have only eaten their food once. We ordered General Tsos Chicken, fried rice, egg rolls, and egg drop soup. Service was OK, food was OK, nothing to jump for joy about. While I am as much of a fan of Americanized Chinese Food as the next person, there just wasnt a lot of flavor. If you live/work close by it may do you well since they have a buffet but I have found better Chinese food closer to my home that is better quality and better value.

I have had many people tell me that Best Taste was not worth a visit but I thought Id prove them wrong and give it a chance. First off, it should be called "Average Taste" because everything was just okay and it was clear that most dishes had been sitting out all day. Had that been the only problem I would have given it 2-3 stars but soon after leaving the restaurant I had extreme stomach pain that resulted in diarrhea. Stay as far away as possible from this place.

I wish I could give 0 stars. My husband, my 5 year old son and I went here for dinner last night and I have nothing but regret. My stomach has hurt so bad its not funny. The food sucks, dont waste your money. The only good thing there is the fountain pop.. Update: went to the hospital and ended up having food poisoning from this place!!! I called the health department and they said they were going to pay this "restaurant" a visit. I hope they get shut down!

One week ago I came to this old restaurant it looks like a big difference as before, especially I felt a huge change for the food, it appeared some new food such as dumpling and teriyaki chicken, wow some fresh pizza I like these change so much, I change my mind now I plan to come here two more times per week to try more surprising explore

Not an experience I would want to repeat. The food does taste good but it is. Cheap enough to attract the parents of young children, that is screaming babies. Dont expect service either. This is a buffet, so if you order anything other than self service you are not going to get any. Then it is so hot in here I cant wait to leave.

Excellent restaurant, We have been there a few times and each time Ive been impressed by the friendly and attentive staff. One of my favorites its the beef noodle soup, I can tell you that because Ive tried some of the beef noodle soup in NYC chinatown and its just the same, best thing Ive eaten, you should definitely give it a try.

Not good. The food was cold or Luke warm. some of the food had good flavor but the steam table was not keeping the food up to temperature. Other food like the chicken and broccoli was just not good. The restaurant was also not really very clean. I dont usually post reviews but I came here because of the reviews.
