We do not live in ft.myres so we stopped here on the way to beach had the worst experience ever. So we went to go get are blizzards and the manager served us. Later on, my mom went to get her blizzard and she noticed they did flip so we came back and waited the 10 minute line. When we reached the end of the line the person told the manager and said she did flip it. The manager said "i saw you earlier and flipped yours over". I said it was a different order and she said we were to late. First of all the ad and sign doesnt say anything about time limit and also my mom had noticed right after. The service was horrible, the tables were nasty and broken and the Oreo blizzard was not mixed at all. Dennise is the person who served us and she gave us a nasty attitude and did listen all. Also what us mad is when my mom went explain werent trying to get a free blizzard she said "ok" and walked away. In my opinion the manager and Dennise should work at a place like this. I had the worst experience and ice cream I do not recommend this place at all.

It was terrible. Very over priced. The food took almost 15 minutes to come out only to have it cold. All while another worker leaned up against a machiene eating a blizzard and texting on his phone. I couldnt even eat my chicken sandwich. I wish I could post a picture of the chicken. It was almost black charcoal and drier than a sand. I ended up just eating the stale bread and brown rubber lettuce. I wouldnt wish that sandwich on my worst enemy. My mothers chicken was the same way. We ended up throwing the chicken away and just eating the cold fries. Avoid at all costs. Go across the bridge and go to the chill and grill in fort myers. Youll end up getting way better food and save money, even with the 6 dollar toll...

Abzüge weil es etwas schmuddeilg aussieht. Kein Wunder, wenn alle Gäste direkt vom Strand kommen (Sand an den Füßen, Sonnencreme an den Händen etc.). Aber Speis und Trank in DQ-Qualität. Für europäische Gäste reichen die "small"-Größen.

How do you screw up ice cream? Dont ask me man I dont know but somehow they did it. It just didnt taste like chocolate. Something was way off...oh and BTW...for the staff...put your personal items such as your little vapor cigarette, etc...in the back room somewhere, not out on the front counter where everyone can see it. Thats a real turn off for your customers, and remember, its your customers that provide your pay checks.

My family ate here for a late lunch. I had a cheeseburger and fries and my wife had a chicken burger. My daughter just had an ice cream. That evening my wife and I became violently ill, throwing up mulitiple times. Big time food poisoning. I dont write reviews like this lightly, but I think people should be given a heads up. My daughter has been fine. So maybe stick with the ice cream.

Very expensive! They wont take coupons and they dont have the $5 buck lunch! Cheapest meal is $7.99 before tax. Only good thing they have going for this place is the beautiful 50s old school vibe of the place. Outside seating with outside covered seating (cover seating is limited).

No drive-thru since its an older style restaurant. You simply walk up and put in your order and there is plenty of outdoor seating. Like a normal DQ that weve been to to on the frozen drinks we order they forgot the drizzle on top but other than that everything was great.

Very rustic and all so simple the people and staff were very courteous and friendly and they had just the right amount of shade out of Harms Way of the Sun so you could sit back enjoy the scenery and also the great food.

Food is average, and it took longer than most DQs to receive my order even though it was quiet. Their card reader was down when we arrived, but I dont know how often that happens

It is a DQ, you get what you expect from the others. What is nice about this one is the outside seating and music playing. You can enjoy the Florida nights and eat your ice cream.

I always swing in on my way home from the beach. Its like a magnet lol The staff is friendly and appears clean. Not many places to go on sanibel for a quick meal. Thanks dq !

Love me some Dairy Queen. I have never gone to DQ for the ambiance, but this one has some nice shaded outside seating. Got a funky beachy feeling to it. Clean rest rooms.

Worst service EVER!!!! You get attitude with a side of ice cream. And be careful with your hands bc they love to shut the window on you as you reach for your ice cream.
