Walked in and every table was dirty. The place should be called dirty queen. Should have left, but wanted a quick snack before we ate dinner. As we ordered the cashier says in a snooty voice, You know everything is made to order so are you sure you want to order. Should have left but but decided to ignore the mans attitude. Once I got my food, I noticed I was charged for a meal and I only ordered a chicken sandwich. So I asked the man for a cup since i was charged for a meal. He asked if I ate the fries. I told him no. He got the owner Lexi to come out and she said I ate the fries. Lexi says I made your food and I know you ate the fries. I told her I just wanted a cup since I was charged me for a meal. She continued to tell me i ate the fries. I have better things in my life to do then argue over a $9 meal. So I told her this place sucked and sat down to finish my meal. She then came out to the front and told me to leave because I swore at her. If saying this place sucks, after she called me a liar then Im guilty. She said she called the police. I said good I have done nothing wrong. She continue to yell at me and my family, and ignore other customers that walked in. She also told me i was being recorded. Which i hope it was recorded so corporate can see what type of people they have working for them. I deserve an apology but wont hold my breath. I will NEVER step foot in that place again

I ordered a sundae here with three toppings, they gave me only 2 toppings and both were wrong. I brought up my sundae and asked if they could just put on the toppings they had missed and said i didnt need a new one. They told me theyd make me a new one so I sat down and attempted to give the messed up sundae to my brother and the employee rudely said "go throw it out." I didnt want to be wasteful so I said id just keep the messed up sundae and then the employee gave me a dirty look and walked away. I typically like dairy queen but the service at this one was disappointing at best.

I had the worst experience ever this morning and I have been to this store numerous times. It started with a sarcastic young woman who turned out to be the manager and was made worse by a young man who decided to stick his nose into it and he claimed to be a pastor. If that young man is a pastor then he needs mental help because his behavior and comments were like no pastor Ive ever met.

The service was quite slow and unpleasant, the facility and bathrooms were dirty (moreso than you would expect, even when its by a sandy beach). My burger bun was scorching hot I had to let it cool (seemed like a frozen bun that had been microwaved too long as it was incredibly moist and steamy. It was just an all around poor experience and kind of a dumpy place. Too hot inside.

This DQ location was dirty, our ice cream was half melted when given to us, and the employees were unfriendly. The location is fantastic- right near the pier. I would try to go somewhere else for ice cream if you are able to though.

Horrible Service. A little girl ordered a kids meal with ranch and they forgot to charge her. She had no more money and when she asked for it they refused to give it to her. "It is considered stealing to my manager"

Went to DQ ordered 2 Blizzards with a sign that said by one get one for .99 she proceeded to tell me that was for one day only but the sign doesnt say anything about that.... I had to purchase both at full price.

This may be a plain ol dairy queen, but after a long day on the beach this place was a life saver! I didnt have to pay 4.00 for a large Pepsi! After my expirence with a few of the local places I LOVE this place!

If you like Ice Cream - no problem . . . hard to screw this up. As far as burger side of the menu, stay away and look somewhere else.
