My waitress tonight asked me 2 times what we wanted to drink "what do u want"? Is what she said then we finally get them and then I got up to use the restroom my mom already ordered for us and told the waitress what I wanted I came and sat back down and she asked for the entire order again then we asked if we could just get our pies to go cause by then I was fed up she brought us our pies on a plate smh this was at 9 PM there was only another table besides us I would completely understand if they were slammed but the whole restaurant had only 2 tables 3 at mine and 2 at the other I know we all have a bad day once and while but to screw every single thing up we asked for is not good customer service and I will not be coming back if you would like to enjoy a nice dinner and good service I would highly not recommend going here.

Went yesterday (1/28/17) for breakfast. It was busy and we were told it was going to be a 10 min wait. I was fine with the wait time, but when I saw that they sat about 5 different group of people that arrived after us, I went to the hostess and ask why are we still waiting when we were here before. She looked at her list and said "oh Im so sorry I do remember you guys, i will get a booth for you right now" I was like its okay just remove us from the list. We will go somewhere else. I understand that is was busy, but really? You forgot about us and not the other people? Will not be going back to this location. Terrible service.

Recently they have changed to younger staff. The older staff were clearly more respectful of people. The young may have nice skin, but they make me uncomfortable and they are completely different in terms of respectfulness towards others. I suggest they go back to staff with old world charm and maturity. I use to feel I was a welcome guest being invited into the hostesss private home. Now I am made to feel like a farm animal being processed and I suspect these young staff even talk about the customers unfavorably in whispers as I see them exchanging private jokes and looking at customers.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Montag gibt es zu jedem Hauptgericht (Entree) kostenlos ein Stück Kuchen. Das "2 for 20" Angebot ist zudem sehr gut, zwei Personen erhalten je ein üppiges Dreigang Menü. Uns hat es gut geschmeckt. Breite Auswahl an Gerichten, nicht nur Burger/Fastfood.

This was an interesting experience. When we first talked in the hostess and our first server were both very friendly and welcoming. We ended up with a different server, and she ruined the experience. She seemed annoyed because I didnt want bacon, and was practically rude from that point on. The food was not very good either. Dried out chicken and my Salad had wilted lettuce. I will not go again. The first two women that I encountered are the reason that I am giving 2 stars instead of 1. Very disappointed.

Ate here on 6/25/13 for a very late lunch. Stacy greeted us and waited on us. Food was good and delivered quickly. Stacy was outgoing, the music was wonderful and we were so pleased that we returned again today for breakfast. Always enjoy eating at Perkins. Wish we had some in SE Florida!

Will never come here again found hair in my soup and I had them make me a new one. After that we got are bill and they still charged me for the soup even though I had lost my appatite. Now if I was the manager I would not have charged anyone for finding hair in there food thats discusting.

A few days ago I ordered the same meal as I did this morning but it was much better. Might have been a change in chef staff. The waitress was fantastic - timely and a real usto.er orientated person. Perhaps some in service training for the chef staff would help.

The food is good and management is very helpful. Im allergic to nuts and one of the servers gave us the wrong muffins to take home which had nuts in them. I immediately called perkins and the manager took care of the problem quickly and wonderfully.

This was my dads favorite restaurant. Its always clean and smelled fresh. Foods great and staff is always pleasant. I enjoyed my food even though my mashed potatoes were on the cool side!!
