Seriously the worst Publix in all of Fort Myers. GOOD customer service & common sense is found in about 10% of the staff. Most of the employees seem miserable & unwilling to work. A name that rings a bell is Embrisha... She literally threw yogurts into a bag. Why should I have to correct her for doing this? COMMON SENSE. And Charissa in the deli tried to make my sandwich with the same glove she cut the turkey & opened the refrigerator with. Talk about unsanitary. Deli isnt as clean as other Publix & ingredients arent as fresh. The tomatoes looked like they were struggling. I will go out of my way to the summerlin & colonial location next time. Tighten up Downtown Publix!!!

Ive been going here for years even when they were at the location where save a lot is on 41. I have not had a bad experience or race issue. Everyone is always nice, professional, and informative. The only issue Ive ever had was when I went to the pharmacy to pick up medication for my son and the chick got an attitude because she couldnt hear me being I am a soft spoken woman.I nipped telling her to check her tone then she apologized and we were able to get the matter sorted other than that I have had great shopping experiences.

This is not even a Publix. Imagine everything you expect from a Publix, and this is the opposite of that. If you want a Stouffers frozen macaroni and cheese and RC cola, they have that. Everything else, they dont carry. And if they carry it, its out of stock. When will it be back in stock? When somebody actually notices its out of stock, I guess. I live in downtown Ft Myers and I have to drive to Cape Coral to do my grocery shopping, because shopping at this store is like trying to buy your groceries at a Walgreens.

I normally like Publix no matter what store I go to. I had to answer the same question about bags three times and then got frustrated enough to start bagging the stuff on my own. People were in line behind me with no other lane open except an Express lane. It takes too long when a cashier has little to no English skills.

Was traveling,had dog in car which is against law in FL but couldnt bring her in store and told pharmacy staff member, she still said 40 min. When I picked it up I asked if she could Also ck out 3 other items. She didnt hesitate to tell me twice how this was inconvenience to her. Most miserable staff Ive ever met! !

So 8 people behind deli counter. 3-4 in line for subs. And almost all working on sandwiches . Manager Cherry picking customers to help. (Michael Z.) When 5 people call for someone else to hit the hot food counter and minutes tick by. The manager should be on top of it. Time is 12:24pm and it was not slammed.

This Publix is nicknamed "the Publix in the ghetto" for a VERY good reason! Lazy people, racist old lady cashier named Patci does not help black people. That was the worst cashier I dealt with to date. I find better meat and deals from the Summerlin Publix. I will start shopping there from now on.

I have been dealing with PUBLIX since relocating to Lee County in 1975. I essentially have in recent months patronize with ur store on McGregor/First. All Publix are knotch grocers. Ur staff from management to checkout staff, clerks and baggers are very helpful and friendly. EXCELLENT

Nice publix supermarket but had my bike lite stolen on my trek bike by one the numerous homeless panhandlers that hang out in front of publix while am shopping in publix. A bike lock stops them from stealing the bike not the bike lite or horn

I always enjoyed going here until i was racially profiled by the seafood clerk. He followed me around the entire store and then called security. I ended up telling a manager which was no help. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN !!!!!!
