Food was okay. Service was good. However, I give it two stars because of how the staff was when I was trying to cash out. I had no rush. The woman up front was doing her job. She was very very busy. Everyone was trying to cash out, people waiting to be sat, and phone was ringing off the hook. I witnessed her asking for help themn her get yelled at for it. When it was my tuen both lines were ringing. I asked her to please do what she needs to do. One was a call for the staff the other a take out order. As she was taking the order finally another person came to help. It was taking some time for my card to go through due to it being dial up. I understood. But the server was rude several times to the woman taking the order...hurring her. Then someone from the kitchen came to use the phone to make a personal call. She was yelling into the phone! I am a server as well. But that really angered me. Because of that I dont think I will come back again.

Im not normally one to get online and give a review, but my experience at Perkins today lead me right here to this page. My boyfriend & I and our 2 small children went here for the first time today, and we were extremely happy with our experience. The servers were all very friendly and personable... and it was definitely a kid friendly restaurant. We ordered quite a bit of food for the 4 of us, and everything came out hot and nicely presented.... it was all cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. We couldnt believe when we saw the check.... all of that food that we ordered came at such a reasonable price!! We were definitely satisfied all around when we left. Hopefully next time we will save room for their desserts. The pies, cookies, muffins etc. looked delicious. This restaurant had a nice family feel to it, and Id recommend it to anyone, especially to those who have kids. We will surely return.... again and again. :)

My fiance and I was here Thursday 2/18/2016 seated with no problem. Placed order and as we were sitting waiting for our food to come out my fiance noticed something in his cup it was a DEAD BUG stuck to the side of the coffee mug now this was after he drunk over half. Smh but that was not our main reason for leaving before our food came.. When the manager brought a new mug out he said "is this better for you," and walked away. Thats we when decided to leave no food nothing just tried to pay for our drinks and left. Thats when he says oh it was not a bug it was a grape seed I have never seen a grape seed with legs IS WHAT I TOLD HIM YUCK!!!! I WOULD RECOMMEND GOING TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION.

Terrible overall experience. Food took over an hour and meals for seven came out two by two with upwards of twenty minutes between the first and last plates. Biscuits were so hard they were inedible, vegetables in the smasher were uncooked, and the food in general was greasy and bland. The server offered one check a twenty percent discount, which was not applied. The manager then said it was "too late to do anything about it now," and that she was "too busy" to discuss it. She only gave a credit back after we suggested calling corporate. Then she reimbursed ten dollars and offered free muffins, grudgingly and with an obvious, rude attitude.

A table of 7 for breakfast while the restaurant was empty and it took 1.5 hours to get our food. 2 people refused to eat the food because it was so bad and 3 others that did, got violently ill. When one member of the party complained about her meal she was told they would take 20% off her bill. When she cashed out, the cashier ignored the discount and told her that the manger was too busy cooking to come to the front to speak to her. After speaking with 3 other locals about this specific location, they all complained of horrible food and illness after eating there. Im honestly not sure how this location is still open.

I went here on 1-9-16 and were told it would be a thirty minute wait. As i sat there and waited a group of people came and were seated right away. I was told that the kitchen was backed up and no one could be seated. Mind you the people that came in were friends of assistant manager Eric. Eric needs a serious dose of customer service classes. He is rude and does not need to work with the public.

Food was good and like the remodel BUT HORRIBLE WAITRESS named Kelly. Never acknowledged us. Took forever to come to our table even though she only had one other table that already had their food. Never checked on us after she delivered food. Forgot part of our order that we had to wait (again) for her to pack to go. Dont plan on going here again incase we get stuck with her. Bad attitude.

Im siting here right now they gave us our check and my boyfriend never got his pie. I order a steak that had no flavor that took 1 hour to come out with a baked potatoe that was disgusting. She came to our table 3 times and never offered refills for our drinks. I would never recommend this location.

I used to drive 10 miles to Cracker Barrel, but this Perkins is just as good. Its breakfast is real good. I have been to other Perkins and it has been just ok. But this one really does it right. Food cooked good and REALLY good service.
