i came here once in 2005. I was a OTR driver for a large trucking company. I was spending the weekend at the nearby company terminal. I came to this store to replenish my supplies. The anti theft gates had been malfunctioning that day and when passed by them they sounded off on me. Of course they checked my receipt and goods to make sure I was not stealing (which i was not). I was very pleasant during this ordeal, but the staff were very rude, treated me poorly, and ripped open every one of my bags. When they were done they just walked off with no apology and for sure they didnt replace bags, even tho I had asked nicely. I NEVER STEPPED FOOT IN ANOTHER WINN DIXIE AFTER THAT!

2 cashiers on a friday during peak hours....are you kidding me??? A majority of the staff are helpful and courteous however, management seems more concerned with the store appearance than customer check out. This was never an issue with the prior management. He got his hands all in with the entire checkout line to insure a speedy checkout. I spent 30 in line with only 3 people ahead of me. Seems an awful lot like wal-marts services and that is why i no longer go there. I spoke with several people while waiting and the overall consensus is winn-dixie better shape up or they eill lose alot of customers to another store.

The prices are competitive with other supermarkets in the area, but the selection is definitely subpar. The deli in particular is on the barren side. The last time I was in, I was overcharged for some produce, but when I brought this to the cashiers attention, I was told that I would have to wait in a lengthy line at the CS counter to get a refund, and I was told this in more of a mocking tone than an apologetic one. Overall, I do not find the staff to be overly helpful or friendly. This is actually the closest store to where I live, but I usually drive a little further to avoid it.

6/18 No need to lie on the Deli when you call and ask if they just have fresh fried chicken, you show 5 minutes later and they tell you is all gone; but you could get some of the stale one, 2 hours old. Liar liars... It would be nice to have more than one register open at 9pm, when there are 9 customers waiting in line and 4 employees walking around doing nothing. Also assistant managers can be take some customer service training; instead of telling customers to stop running their mouths.

They are definitely NOT "the beef people". The beef here sucks! It used to be good but it has gone to hell. RANCHERS HOME is aweful and their branded beef has no taste. Do not buy eggs here as they are mostly expired. Canned foods are overpriced as well. If you want fresh meats and poultry go to Harvest less than 2 miles away. For seafood and fish go to the market on memorial. This only thing this place is good for is gift cards, lottery tickets and bogo items (sometimes).

Id really like Winn-Dixie because it is close and convenient and the people are friendly and the service is good . I can save money at Winn-Dixie I like their Deli and their produce department . I also like their Bakery products and their dairy products. They have most of everything you would expect to find in a supermarket shopping store. Their Pharmacy is convenient with friendly folks to serve your needs.

Didnt used to shop here but with the Winn Dixie card and fuel perks I save a lot of money. The store is pretty clean and its not next to impossible to find a decently running shopping cart either. (Thats a big deal for me) Nice selection and the Winn Dixie brand k cups arent too shabby either!

LOVE their Watermelon Soda! Cashiers will use their discount card if you forget/dont have yours. Friendly Staff, espically this young man named Dylan, very respectful and helpful!!!!! He goes above and beyond expected. No other store has ever helped/done as much as he has. Thank You Sir

The store is usually not completely clean. Its not actual dirt on the floor dirty. Its stock people blocking isles to the point I cant get my wheelchair down the isle and have to get someone to move the cart thing or boxes on the floor for me to shop on the Isle.

Meat Department is great and usually has a good selection. Sometimes understaffed and has long lines. Customer service is usually pleasant and friendly. My biggest complaint is that they took the bottom racks off the shopping cart.
