Obviously on Mothers Day its bound to be pretty busy. So I used the online waiting list to "call ahead" and reserve a table for 5. We arrived and it surprisingly wasnt that busy, so we had hopes to be sat relatively soon. I checked in with the hostesses (for some reason they had about 7 working and what seemed like no servers) and they told me ok and to sit. We sat for over 30 minutes, watched countless people be sat before us, & I finally got up and asked why it was taking so long. The hostess looked at me like I was speaking another language and said we werent even on the list. So I check my phone and apparently the reservation "expired." We FINALLY got seated- next to 3 other clean and empty booths that we couldve been sat in sooner. The server was a bit busy and took a bit to greet us(Matthew). Matt was super nice and understanding, and made up for the wait. Both I and my father ended up ordering water and got served a glass of what tasted like water with a heap of zinc or copper in it, it had a horrid mineral taste. Matt was quick about apologizing and bringing us cleaner water, and replacing our breadsticks after the ones we received were undercooked and cold. I understand holidays are stressful on the team, but the disorganization and underperformance was not expected from this location. Weve come here since I was little and I was really disappointed.

I love olive garden but tonight the one on Cleveland Ave was terrible. We walked in and it took about 2 minutes for the hostesss to even acknowledge us because they were busy. Next we had already picked out all our food because the waitress to fever to even greet us. So I went to the bathroom 2 of the toiletbowl seats were completely loose at well as a tampon applicator on the floor next to a paper with blood on it. Disgusting. The waitress came by asked us if we wanted to sample some wine so we said sure, it wasnt the best. She asked me what I thought of it to I told her it was ok not to special, and she replies so do want a glass? Uhhh no I do not thank you. And the another waiter not ours seemed to have noticed that my husbands glass was empty so he got a refill, not even ours had noticed. It was very disappointing, the best thing was the food fabulous fast and food. Thank god something worked out

Worst server...Jonathan needs to be retrained. Ordered a drink and did not get it until we asked for it when the entree came; which was after Salad and appetizer. Did not bring the bread sticks we asked for twice. The pesto sauce was bland and had no flavor. When Jonathan asked if I liked my meal I told him it was bland and he replied "Awwwww, well at least you know now that you dont like pesto so you can just order something else next time you come." Which is kinda funny...next time. He acted like I was 5 years old and it was the first time I have ever eaten pesto. He rarely checked on us and we sat for a long time with empty glasses wanting a refill but Jonathan was no where to be found. I think he may be new, however it left a bad taste in my mouth...which had more flavor than the pesto sauce.

Food was good. Front desk people was very helpful. Ordered menu items was served in 20 minutes. Salad was served without bread crums and we waited for more than 10 minutes and no one turned up even made option via "call waiter". I am not sure why that kiosk kept as no one notifies it. Then when we requested for to-go box, waiter took much time to return. But instead of giving it to us he was just chit chatting with people in other table and almost waited 15 minutes to get to-go box. Already we were annoyed and while swiping the card he kept 20% of tips and requesting to go with that. I think tips is what we give and not what waiter requests on his own. With below average of serving to customers they are very much interested in getting the tips.

As soon as I came to the lot, I was greeted by a pan handler with the tired old story of needing gas money; but that was nowhere near the worst part. We had a group dinner with about 20 reserved seats in a room. The room itself was dingy and poorly lit. The table arrangements were terrible. The "special menu" had a total of 4 items. Thats it. Choose from 4 items. Waitress brings the salad but couldnt be bothered to check if Ive got a fork and a knife. Had to go get it myself. Each plate, $23. We waited for 2.5 HOURS for the dinner to get ready. As soon as they brought it, within 15 minutes, theyre rushing us out. "Would you like a to-go box for that?" What the hell?? Needless to say, were not booking any more events in this hole.

My family and I love to go at Olive Garden. Its oftently a good expirience. But we went on a trip to Ft Myers and we had our dog with us. We choose to go to Olive Gardent as usual but we got very disappointed. This location has two open areas, and still it is not pet friendly. The manager said this is a frequently complain but unfortunately they cant do anything about it . We had a baby sleeping in the cart and we couldnt go to another place . It ended up that both my sister and I had to sit outside of the restaurant with the dog while everybody else were inside. It was supposed to be a great family meal but it end up in a big frustration.

Do not go to this restaurant. We arrived on a busy day, Mothers day and planned for a long wait but the bar was practically empty. We were told there was no wait to sit in there so we grabbed a booth. We waited and waited. Servers passed by a few times. We knew it was busy so no big deal. After 5minutes a couple with a kid walked past and sat in the booth behind us. Server was there immediately. Then he walked right by us for the 5th time and handed them menus and asked what they wanted to drink! We had yet to be acknowledged. Sexist at best. I live here and will never go to Olive Garden again.

Called down here to place a to go order, super polite. Fast service. 20 minutes from phone call to pickup. Kevin was very genuine and easy to talk over the phone with and explain some menu items to me for what I was looking for. Delicious lunch. Everything was great. I was more impressed when I saw a bucket labeled broken leg bucket. I asked about it. And one of their coworkers had broken a leg in a game of football, not related to work. The workers at this place are pooling money from tips to help out. This is what America was founded upon. For a huge chain, these people remain human. 5/5

By far one of the worst experience Ive ever had in olive garden , about a month ago my family and I were here eating dinner when suddenly we saw roaches crawling on the walls and our table. Pictures and videos were taken and the manager was called, this guy had the nerve to offer us dessert for sharing our dinner with the critters. Needless to say that I will tell and show all my friends this videos and pictures and will not recommend to eat in a filthy environment with bugs.
