DO NOT GO TO THIS BURGUR KING!!!! It was disgusting! I went through the drive though to order 3 Rodeo crispy chicken sandwiches with added mayo. Pulling up to the order station all I could smell was marijuana the was an employee smoke something that looked a lot like a joint at the back of the building. The lady at the the window as well as over the microphone was very rude. I sat waiting for my sandwiches for over 20mins when I finally got them I had to go back because they were not made right. So I went in to get them remade the manager at the counter didnt even know what came on the sandwich I ordered( I had to tell her) she was very rude as well. I waited another 20+ minutes to get the remakes. When I was eating one I saw something in my sandwich and sure enough cooked into one of the onion rings was a FLY! It as disgust I will never go to that Burger King again

The service at this Burger King location is an abysmal disgrace. The appalling attitudes of the associates and the management are enough to deter me from choosing to spend my money at Burger King. Having worked two consecutive years in retail, I completely understand the occasional bad day or negative attitude, and I normally wouldnt bother to write a review such as this, but management absolutely needs to reevaluate what is going on at this Burger King location. I never fail to leave this location feeling disrespected, irritated, and under-valued. This location and its employees are an embarrassment to the Burger King franchise and should be ashamed of their behavior.

Honestly if I could give NO stars it would be better. My GOD. Its a shame that if there is ONE car ahead of you, youre lead time is at LEAST 10 minutes. And for what? One bag and coffee? I swear every time I come here, they apologize for the long wait. $15/hr? For what?!!! To put cheese on a sandwich I request to have no cheese but thats okay, they took off the egg instead. I hate this place and will never come here again.

Worst B.K the workers are so rude. I was the first person of the day and everything I asked for was We dont have that. no sorry just we dont have that. Then I was told we dont open tell 6 am you can not be at the menu tell 6. I had to drive around before she would open. It was 5:59 the time it took for her to say all that to me it was 6: 02 and i still had to pull around

This place is an absolute joke. Ive given this place a few chances and it disappoints every single time. The service is a joke. The food quality is a joke. I ordered one of the new chicken sandwiches being shown on tv. Well that was also a joke. It was completely burned and about 1/8 inch thick. Completely inedible. This was the last strike. Will NEVER go back.

Totally sucked! Over 27 minutes in drive thru and my bf had to go in TWICE to get parts of our order. No receipt either so I cant call corporate either. Smart as Id give them an earful! Whats so difficult about a double hamburger?!? Had to repeat 7 times, no exaggeration, as window person kept putting in a double cheeseburger!! Incompetency at its best.

Worst service ever ... They charged me $11.66 for a kids cheeseburger meal. Manager tells me he will refund total ... Instead of runninng my card again. Money was never put on my account ... Was never given the difference of my actual cost. From now on Ill take my business elsewhere.

The service is not that good. They always forget something in my order or mess something up in my order, always keep the customer waiting longer than necessary, food isnt always fresh, and dont even try to make it up to the customer for the lack of service.

Every time I go to Burger King I usually just go through the drive-thru because its easier. Since in the past when I have went in it took forever to get my food since the staff stood and talked the whole time, so by the time we got I got my food it was cold.
