This was my go to China delivery place for almost a year. the owner cant speak English. With that being said, I placed an order while on my way home from work, She tried to tell me where to go and she said "41 by Publix yes??? ok???".... I followed her direction and could not find it. Naturally I called China Xpress to let them know I cant find it. after 15 minutes of searching I gave up and went home. Today I go to place an order for delivery and they are "refusing" to make a delivery to my house even with a credit card payment upfront. Ive spent close to a thousand dollars with this company. Is this how you treat your customers? The legality of the owner is being looked into as we speak. You just lost a great number of clients. I would not recommend this place to anyone. the quality keeps getting worse, and they use the fact that "we so busy" to justify 1hour and 30 minute delivery times. I am SHOCKED. SMH.

Today my wife and I order dinner from here and we ordered a large sesame chicken. And a combo sesame chicken and they ended up sending two combos instead so that took almost and hour and a half to get so I call and for one I couldnt under stand the lady and she couldnt understand me so she hands the phone to someone else and he becomes very rude and hostile over the phone and the he tells me he recorded the call. For one Im pretty prior military and I know you cant just record someone with out there permission. Secondly the customer is always right even when they are wrong sadly but all I wanted was for them to redeliver the right order and he was going to charge me for this even after I gave his delivery boy a 6 dollar tip. Im not only gonna put up this bad review I am going to contact the BBB and the local authorities since he wasnt willing to make thing right. Treated very badly for no reason.

I have been trying to find good Chinese food since I moved here, and I finally found it with China Xpress! So far, weve had the orange chicken, sweet and sour chicken and Kung pao chicken. Quality, full of flavor chicken and properly made dishes is what sends this place above the map. It may take a while to be delivered, but its completely worth it and they are always there within the time frame given to you over the phone. Their prices are amazing and they have great lunch combo deals. Ive tried 5 other highly rated Chinese restaurants around Cape Coral and Fort Myers and in my opinion, they dont even compete with China Xpress.

China Xpress has a menu that will surely provide you with the oppertunity to savor the Chinese culture. From there tangy Orange Chicken, to the rich flavor of the House Fried Rice, to the plates of cascading Lo Mein. Chine Xpress surely stands side by side with General Tso at the frontline of the Chinese cuisine. I have acquired a broader appreciation for the meals of China. With their rapid delivery service you dont have to wait any longer to try it. You can also come down to the restaurant were the hospitality is warm and welcoming as if you were part of the family, China Xpress truely is my favorite Chinese Restaurant.

The food here is delicious. I had a veggie main course and my husband had a beef with vegetables dish. It was well cooked and the spices and sauces were appropriate - not too spicy and not at all bland. The food was freshly made & the wait-staff was very pleasant and helpful. The prices are outstanding. The small child that the previous writer references was charming and not at all annoying. I think its great that people take their children to work - get a life, Margie! PS I am not the owner, just a satisfied customer. This is my #1 place for Chinese take-out in Fort Myers.

Would not recommend. I got General Tsos chicken, and it was horrible. Very chewy and didnt taste right. A few of my friends also got chicken, and theirs were chewy as well. When my friend called to ask them why the chicken tasted odd and was chewy, she was told thats just how it is. I enjoyed the egg roll though! But since my favorite things to eat from places like this are their various chicken choices, I will not be eating here again. Plus, their customer service didnt seem that great.

Ive been coming here for about 5 years and it has always been excellent! I love some good Chinese Take-out & their sesame chicken is delicious, their lo mein is perfection, the dumplings are hand made... It is great from top to bottom! Prices are very good, especially given the quality. Service is always friendly, and accurate: carry-out or delivery. The kind of quality to food and service you get from family-owners with pride and care for their business. Highly recommended!

This place sucked took over an hour to get my food and when I got it the order was wrong it has now been over 2 hours and still havent got my corrected order and now they wont even answer their phone when I call to see here everything is at plus the malls Bourbon chicken is better. ALL I WANTED WAS MY DAMN WHITE RICE I just got a call back saying they couldnt bring me my corrected order they just lost my business Ill never order from here again

Ordered shrimp with lobster sauce and it was the most god awful thing Ive ever eaten called shrimp with lobster sauce. Freezer burnt shrimp didnt have the appropriate noodles that I had special ordered requested and paid for and to think I order double the shrimp and got ripped off. I would not recommend this place to anybody. I would not feed the food that theyve made me to a dog. Save yourself a hassle stay away, far far away.

Their food is honestly the best chinese food Ive had, maybe ever. The wonton soup is so hearty and the dumplings are fresh, everything else Ive had is- surprisingly- worth the wait. Delivery has been an hour and 15 to an hour and a half wait both times Ive ordered. If they improve the wait time or at least stick to the "45 mins to an hour" they quote, this would be five stars.

delicious. their lunch is both cheap and delicious. one of the better values. their delivery is fast and its still hot when they get here. i cannot stress enough how good it tastes. our favorites are the moo goo gai pan and szechuan (insert meat). their wonton soup is good, as is the egg drop. havent tried anything else, because, well, why mess with success?

Food is good but they take WAY too long both for pick up and delivery. They really need to fix this provlem. Just ordered again and after 1:15 called to ask about the status and they said they were just STARTING to cook it so it would be another 30 min. Wont be ordering from them again.

Very good food, and I highly recommend the lo mein. That said, wait time can be a little much, but its a family-owned place, so they have limited staff. Obviously some folks dont understand that, so, Im mentioning it here. Be patient, the food is good. Tastes home made.

We tried this place for the first time last week and I got to say not only as the lady theyre friendly and helpful but shes very polite and the food was outstanding! Very clean inside and very comfortable seating area. We will definitely be back
