Let it be known before I start this rant that I also work in customer service and deal with customers every day. I find myself going to this location sometimes twice a week and almost every time I have to drive back and get my order re-made because I "didnt check EVERY item" before I left the drive thru. I put that in quotations because why should someone NEED to check their entire meal that they ordered less that 1 minute ago?? The options here in Brook Park are pretty limited for late night meals so unfortunately, sometimes Im almost forced to eat here. It happened again tonight and I decided that instead of wasting my gas and time Id just leave a terrible, yet HONEST, review and hope that someone important actually reads these. Moral of the story is if, as a business, you cant get orders right after the day shift goes home then you should just close early.

The food here was all just so-so. The only things I think I would consistently order are the Mexican pizza and the crunchwrap supreme. Oh, and the Brisk Mango Fiesta was pretty good, too. Everything else was kind of a letdown (and we orderered a LOT). I used the Taco Bell app to place my order which was really fun and convenient, and when I arrived the server behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. I wish I could remember her name.

every time i go here its terrible food or completely the wrong order, just went though and got all wrong foor that was cold. i hate this establishment and feel sorry for the owners for owning a business with an entirely incompetent staff. dont order unless youre happy with cold poorly prepared food and surprise orders.

Usually fast service. Make sure to ask for your sauce at the end, even if they ask you add you are placing your order because its common for them to forget.
