Placed an order for carry out over the phone, told them that I would be picking up the order in two hours. The woman I spoke with was very friendly and helpful, and when I asked about an employee discount (I work at one of the nearby hotels and was told when I started that employees and guests get X% off) she told me that they do offer it. I was running a little late, called and told them I did not forget about my order and that I would be there to pick it up. Was told be a man that my order was never taken, and no they do not offer said discount to the employees, only the guests. I had to wait an additional 40 minutes for my food to be made, when I was told after making the same order a second time that it would be out in ten minutes. After getting the food and arriving at work, they forgot my fries. Im pretty disappointed in this location, as any other bob evans I have been to was wonderful.

Waitres was just awful. Chale. Hated being there, hated having customers. Wrong industry for her. Kitchen was slow and I get that. Ill happily wait if the server just checks in from time to time and remembers to bring the right things out. Coffee was infrequent and the one time we bothered to ask she was sooo put out. Would reply with "alright" as she walked away after we asked for a 2nd cup of coffee and Lemmon for water. Tipped 10% on the nose. Ive waited tables and believe 10% is if you hated the experience. My standard if its at least ok is 25%. I battled over my principles to get it as high as 10. Total bummer as my fiancee and I were treating. You Chale, could make some much more money if you at least faked it. Other customers were walking out over the wait. People get sick, call off. It happens but put on an empathetic face a make money.

Horrible!!! Not sure if the waitress has much experience or if it was her first day but horrible! Ordered water with lemon and got no lemon, had to ask for lemons. Took good 10 mins to get. Ordered our food and it took 45 mins and was barely room temp. My toast came out 5 mins after my food and she claimed they have been slow on the toast. The hash browns were burnt on the top and raw on the bottom. She claimed thats how they were all morning when we complained. Asked for a refill on my water and that was pulling teeth to get. Finally after interrupting her at a table she brought more water. No manager in sight. Horrible!!! Will jot be back to this location. Will travel out of my way to go to another location.

Waited over an hour from sitting to receiving our food. The food must have sat in the window for a good length of time because it was just above 4oom temperature. Manager of the restaurant was MIA for me to even speak with which is why I am writing an online review . Definitely will not ever return to this location. This location is poorly staffed/run and is not up to Bob Evans standards.

I paid 9.60 for a full size pecan cranberry chicken salad and I did carry out, got home 20 minutes away just to find the salad container half full. Come on people the salad was almost ten dollars! Very disappointing, I will not be back to Bob Evans on 18 in Medina. Now the Burbank location knows how to make a proper sized 9.60 salad. I am not rich you know! I could scream!!!!!

I have ordered take out from this location several times and every time it is wrong . I also took my family to this restaurant and the service was so slow we ended getting our food to go we waited 20 minutes for someone to even take our order

Service is horrible right now. We are the "forgotten " table. No one is waiting on us. Had to get up and ask for coffee still dont have it 5 minutes later. Its busy but not that busy....

Messed up our orders! All three people at my table- lettuce was in a drink- and it took an hour and a half to get the food (which was wrong) on a slow night. Never going again.
