Terrible start to finish. It took about 15 minutes to get our drinks the first time, and then the waitress needed to be reminded to refill our drinks multiple times. With the drinks came the complimentary fried wonton strips which were stale. When appetizers came out, they came out at two separate points, about 10 minutes apart. When dinner finally came out, mine came first, and she brought out the wrong dinner for the other person and said that shed be right out with the other meal. She left the wrong plate on the tray which was on a table next to us, and then reviewed her tickets before getting the wrong order from the table, and taking it to the correct person, only giving that table half their order before waiting another 5 minutes to bring the other meal for my table. When we finally ate, my order of General Tsos was mediocre at best, and the other persons beef fried rice had bad beef in it! To top it all off, when opening the fortune cookie, it had a strong taste of being burnt. Never going there again!

I should have read all of the reviews. The location in North Ft Myers is despicable. The Kani Su roll is crab tuna and salmon cream cheese avocados and is supposed to be wrapped in cucumber thinly sliced. This lady sliced cucumber into big thick chunks dug a hole in it and literally stuck the ingredients in. Who has ever had their roll held together by toothpicks. The lunch portion are for toddlers and were so overpriced. My martini served in a cocktail glass that I asked for with olives was nothing but watered down vodka and the olives were expired. The waitress I know may have been in high school, but my high schooler said the poor child was just dumb. The had a large party of the purple and red hat ladies so we werent really served...no utensils or napkins. Im sure this is how they are terrible!

Got carryout, first time weve been to this restaurant. Was missing the shrimp tempura I ordered, also missing tamago which was ordered. They substituted tempura shrimp roll without asking, not what I wanted. Also got a couple of other rolls and the tempura was so hard it could break your teeth, not tempura at all. Miso soup was tasteless, the fried chips with the soup were stale. Everything looked the same, all these wonderful ingredients were either missing or just not discernible. We called and they did agree to give me a credit, but if I had been sitting there to eat, I would have sent everything back and walked out. Even when placing the order, it was hard to communicate with the person that took the order, and she spoke English. Do not recommend this place at all, I wont be back.

Shared three sushi rolls(unagi, Philadelphia, and cant remember the other one) and the bourbon chicken with my boyfriend. I was a little wary ordering anything raw from an Asian restaurant the first time, but it was actually top notch! Very fresh. They have a lovely sushi bar where they roll it in front of you so you are able to see all the ingredients. The bourbon chicken wasnt as good as the sushi, but we still very much enjoyed it. The meat had a few chewy tendons but the flavor was excellent. Wish it came with the cute boxes of rice were all used to instead of the fried rice in a corner of the to go container. We are about to go eat there again tonight :)

Well first to start off I had a cockroach leg in my drink. Then for an order of sweet and sour chicken combo, shrimp fried rice and a small order of general tsos chicken with 2 egg rolls it came out to $45. Then when my husband went to pay he gave the lady $100 bill and she gave him $35 back. He stood there and tried to tell her she shorted him money she kept saying no. I explained to her 100 - 45 = 55. She said "oh oh" and pulled another $20 bill out of the drawer. HORRIBLE!!!

Fantastic Food/Quirky Atmosphere! We love the food at Ichiban 2 and make the drive over the bridge often. The food is fresh, clean(i.e never greasy) and consistantly good(only had the chinese never ordered the Japanese). The only downfall to Ichiban 2 is the decor/atmosphere.Its very bright and very downmarket so I wont bring guests or go for a special occasion but its great to grab a meal before a movie at Merchants Crossing or to satisfy a craving for szechuan chicken!

I have enjoyed sushi from Ichiban, down town fort myers for some time so I was very excited to hear them opening a new branch close to my house in north fort myers. The Sushi is pretty good and always fresh. Their delivery minimum is a little steep at $20 so I rarely order delivery from them and therefore eat there much less than I would if they had say a $10-15 dollar minimum. All in all 3 (and a half) stars on sushi and delivery.

I have called 20 or more times at 6:00 pm... no answer, every time. I know their food is good, but their customer service is terrible. There is no reason they cannot answer a phone call for a paying customer. I myself had to go elsewhere because they would not answer my phone calls. I work in the food industry and I see this as poor customer service.

Poor service. ordered the tempura vegetable and shrimp. Was told they only had shrimp tempura and no vegetables. Tempura was a crispy heavy breading . It was a frozen pre breaded shrimp. The hunan chicken I ordered was tasteless and the onions were inedible. The food was not hot and overpriced. Dont waste your time or money at this restaurant.

Great place we come twice a month during our weekly rotation of restaurants. The thing with asian foods, is sometimes the way its seasoned is not appealing to some. So if you order ask how its seasoned. We do have diabetics in this

Singapore Mai Fun (thin rice noodle). Outstanding! Almost gave up finding delicious Asian food. Added bonus they serve both Japanese and Chinese Cuisine.

Everything was very good. The spicy tuna is VERY spicy. It kicked my ass. The salmon was delicious. Their fried rice was outstanding.
