“Very Enjoyable” Located in the PGA Commons or I call it restaurant row. Definitely caters to the upscale country clubbers. Lots of outside seating but the night we were there, it was very humid. Started with the CRISPY CORNMEAL FRIED GREEN TOMATOES ,Lump crab & grape tomato salad, fresh ricotta, local mizuna, heirloom tomato emulsion, and pea shoots . It was different and very good. Also had the TUSCAN SALAD, field greens, cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, Kalamata olives, roasted garlic, polenta croutons, and a balsamic vinaigrette. It was just fair. For entrees, my wife had the DOUBLE-CUT DUROC PORK CHOP , stewed black eyed peas, roasted patty pan squash, crispy okra, and a peach chutney. Very good. I tried a nightly special, The Cooper Clambake, shrimp, clams, mussels, langoustine andouille sausage, corn and red potatoes in a clear broth. Nice portion and variety but needed much more seasoning since it was bland. For dessert, we tried their signature dessert, The Cooper Sundae ,vanilla ice cream, bruleed bananas, hot chocolate fudge, salted caramel, spiced pecans, whipped cream, and cherries. Different and very good, meant to be shared.

LOVE this place! The Chef is amazing-- My husband and I have had so many different things on the menu.... Bacon Brussels, Korean Lamb Ribs, Duroc Pork Chop, Shrimp Pasta, Mussels, Steak, I could go on and on... Everything I have tried so far, I would order again. Service is flawless! I agree with all the other reviewers, the Cocktails are out of this world (and I am typically a wine drinker). The Cooper uses high-end specialty liquors, that make their handcrafted unique cocktails really stand apart form all the other restaurants in the area. If you have not been here yet, you have to check it out! (-- I cant help but comment on Johns review, Most wine drinkers would disagree with you, $25 is common corkage fee around town. We should save the 2 star reviews for restaurants with legitimate bad food or service.)

I came in on Thursday night. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is very nice. The staff is great except for one of the managers, whose name I learned was Michelle. I couldnt believe the way she was treating the staff. She is the most rude and lazy person. The only work she did was exercise her big rude mouth. She was unprofessional and I was very surprised to see this nice establishment place someone like that in management. She passed by my table once and I made it a point to get her attention to ask for something. She told me she would send someone to help me, but she smelled SO strongly of alcohol I was besides myself. I hope someone in upper management can take care of this problem. Otherwise, I will not return to this establishment as long as she is working.

The food was good & the atmosphere was nice. My problem has to do with the accomodations. I was dining with my 2 year old daughter. She needed her diaper changed & the mens bathroom didnt have a changing table, nor did it have a trash can. Which meant, I had to change her while in my arms and had to ask someone to dispose of the diaper (which went into a back of kitchen trash can). There was a family bathroom, which seemed to stay locked. Whether it was in use or not, Im not sure. Im not sure if many of their customers dine with young children, but they should address these very basic issues.

Dinner tonight with our friends was such a delight at the Cooper restaurant on PGA Boulevard. William the managing partner greeted us and said "Welcome to the Cooper!" He added me his business card and of course I gave him mine! Our server Jackie was absolutely fantastic. She was on point for everything that we needed. The food was very delicious and the ambience was superb. This was our first time experience with our friends at the Cooper and we will certainly be coming back and of course we will be asking for Jackie to be our server.

I thought they would reconsider their $25 corkage fee (which some time ago the owner sarcastically said was $35 for me when I complained it was steep) since even high end places like Cafe Boulud waive it and let you bring gems from your cellar in the summer. But alas, no luck. The food here is good, the waiters are great, the attitude of management makes you feel like they dont need your business so get lost. So we will, and well chow down elsewhere. It could zoom from two stars to four or five with some attitude adjustment.

Great place-especially for lunch on weekdays! It gets much more crowded on the weekends-but still enjoyable. They offer many good "small" plates ranging in price from $5 to $15, as well as Medium selection and full on Entrees. Also, they make a very good cocktail indeed ! ( They have a rather impressive bar selection, so its unlikely they wont have what you like !) To top it all off, they do a rewards system for your meals and drinks. Ive been to it twice in the last month and will going back soon!

I hovered between 4 and 5 stars and decided on 5 stars because I could not think of anything that would make me do otherwise. It is a lovely place. Indoor or outdoor seating. Great menu. Somewhat expensive but worth it. Very nice staff. Owner (I believe) made sure to stop at each table to thank you for coming and ensuring you were happy. The parking lot can be crowded and it is the only place to park so that may be an issue for you at peak hours. Overall I would say that you should check it out.

Stopped by for a Happy Hour Snack, and a drink.. 5PM Saturday. Ordered the Salami and cheeese plate. Anyone clean bar glasses, rocks glasses, martini glasses, anymore....? Filthy. Salami was soo dry, i had to pull with two hands to break a piece in half. Knife would not cut it. Cheese was dried out, and the crackers not damp.. Payed for this and left the drink... The first bad snack in Palm Beach Gardens...

Brought my girlfriend here literally twenty minutes ago. We were seated and then completely forgotten. Im talking no water, no food, not even a sideways glance in our direction. After patiently waiting twenty minutes, we decided this place didnt deserve our business and decided to leave. Wont be coming back for some time. Disappointing

This restaurant was perfection. I flew in for a date with my 96 year old grandmother. They took extraordinary care of us. The valet was helpful and courteous. The hostess was pleasant and found us the quietest table. The food was fabulous. So many healthy and fresh choices. James and Bee took great care of us. I will be back for sure.

Our waiter was wonderful but somehow he talked us all into the special....... we had come in for burgers or meatloaf in the $16 range. We had no bread offered, and ordered no drinks. For the 4 of us the bill came to $150 !!!! We are ONE short rib each!!!!! This was not filet or dover sole!!! We all feel very taken and will not return.

The cocktails were amazing. Best in the area for original drinks. Go with an open mind and leave with some new favorite drinks. The food was delicious as well. The atmosphere was also a very comfortable feel with the inside and ouside seating. I would recommend going here. we will Definitely be back.
