The new renovations are fantastic! Much more inviting and cozy. Doesnt feel like you HAVE TO dress up to go anymore. And the new menu items are unique and delicious. For starters; the bread is delicious and well made (wasnt a fan of the mixed butters bc I dont like olives, but my mom loved them), the filet tips app is large enough to share or eat as your meal (so tender you can cut them with a butter knife...and we did), the crab cake app was okay (the corn and potato relish that sits underneath the crab cake is the star, and while the crab cake was full of large jumbo lumps of crab it still tasted quite bread-y), the chocolate decadence is incredibly indulgent, the Caesar side salad comes with sardines and is bland (I ordered it sans sardines, and while the CROUTONS ARE TO DIE FOR the dressing flavor was none existent), the red skin potatoes are amazing (get them!!!!), and the STAR OF THE SHOW was the Pumpkin Banana Bread (which is more like a bread pudding, but so freaking fantastic. Ooey gooey, full of flavor, perfect crust on top, and soaking in a cream sauce. YUM)!! Cant wait to return!

Food was good but very pricey for what you get, which is expected since it is attached to the hotel. But the low score is reflective of the problem with service. I called in an order for take out. While on the phone, I could tell the call taker was talking too someone else and kept getting my order wrong. When I tried to correct her, she got rude. I should have just cancelled the order but based on past reviews, I didnt want to delete this restaurant from my patronage list based on one event. I got there 20 minutes after I placed the order as I was told thats how long it would take. I waited another 15 minutes before getting my food. When I got the order, the drinks were not in the bag as described on the menu. When I inquired, the bartender stated she thought I didnt want drinks thats why she didnt ask. I can understand people forgetting sometimes, but when she deliberately didnt ask me or include what is a significant part of the order and add all the failures in service, I have to give the lowest rating possible.

Food and service was top notch. Very affordable lunch menu at a great price. Crab cake came fresh and loaded with crab without the unnecessary fill you get at most restaurants. Chorizo soup was flavorful with good bite. Salmon-near perfect. Spinach and other vegetables were fantastic, well cooked. Deserts-Very Rich, but balance out nicely. My only gripe was with the spicy chicken sandwich. Very fresh and crisp, however, the sandwich itself had no spice to it and was hard to keep together. While dinner is slightly pricier the lunch menu is hard to beat. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend Jacksons to anyone staying in the Southpointe area, if nothing else for a great lunch/casual business lunch option.

Really good but pretty pricey. More than I usually spend but was not disappointed by the food, service or environment. I had the Ahi Tuna and Shrimp & Chorizo Chowder and both were awesome. My waiter Paul was spot on.

Love Jacksons. The prices are great considering what you get; top tier service with kindness and smiles all around, beautiful atmosphere, and the food is always phenomenal. Great place for lunch or dinner!!

The food and lunch specials are excellent! However there is an older gentleman that runs in southpointe during the noon to one pm rush that will literally run into a white collar female, I saw this happen.
