Last night I visited the Krystals drive thorough tried to get a few burgers and a milkshake about 9 at night after my order and I pullin up to the window I am then forced to wait an uncomfortable amount of time with no help I observe one of the two employees drop their spatulas on the ground where they all walk and pick it right up to just grab the burgers off the hot top. Because I was I greeted for the 5 minutes I was waiting their I just pulled off cause I was the only car their and I was not about to knowingly eat food that has been touched with gross equipment, this location lost my service and I will tell people about my experience.

The worst customer service I h ave ever experienced!!!!store # ORL005 Casselberry Fl Ordered 3 burgers - waited waited and waited over 15 minutes Finally asked to cancel my order and refund money after another 10 minutes waiting for a manager Salah Ismail - with a very rude attitude came up to refund money - Never once asked what the problem was or to even say she was sorry for the experience , just very nasty in handling the situation . She has no business in management or any type of customer service

This place always and I mean always messes my order up. I like there brkfst and it never fails if I order sausage I get bacon and vice versa. The staff always give you dirty looks and when you tell them they screwed up its like let me see your receipt. Then one time they took the sausage off and just put bacon on top of my now cold grits... I seriously had to ask for my food to be made over. Rule #1 check your bag before you leave.

Hard place to get to with all the road work. Old man in front took forever. No CO2 so no soda, no sugar so no sweet tea. Had to make our own sweet tea with sugar packets and it still didnt taste good. But after ordering, our food was brought to us really quick. The burgers were good, the fries were great and the corn pup was awesome. When we were done the power went out. They had it rough but we still got good food, fast and cheap!

Order by drive tru and I did not notice they had over charge me $10 over my order. Found out later when I saw it clear in my bank. So far I have called multiple times to resolve this issue and they are giving me the run around with the excuses the GM is out for 2 moths to call next day To speak to a manager that will open the store.

Very good service great food but I got 24krystal and I ask for 10wit no onion but they put it on all of them and I wanted 14 with cheese I got 10 with cheese thats was the only bad thing about it I couldnt bring them back I didnt have noway but every one was nice the manerger Norman was very nice t u

They really remind of a place back in the DC area where I grew up called Little Tavern, except I think Little Tavern was better. They were a little slow and most of the tables needed to be cleaned, but the staff was polite. An okay meal for an okay price.

The food was good and came out fast, although the restaurant wasnt as clean as it couldve been and they only filled my Freeze halfway. Not very impressed, but Id go back again. Ive been here before and you have a 50/50 chance for good service.

The front end cashier has no customer service and the manager did nothing when I brought it to her attention so I see why the staff behaves the way that they do. I waited 15 minutes for my food for my fries to come out cold.

Small burgers cooked with onions placed on a bun that is a little too big. Used to be better. Ordering from the drive thru and getting your food and drink in a timely manner has always been a disappointing experience.
