Stopped by at 4:30 pm to get a treat, completely understaffed and waited 10 minutes for the only cashier to take a couples order. After ordering my cookie dough blizzard (the only thing besides a dipped cone I ever order at DQ), and get a cup of vanilla soft serve blended with the cookie dough. I go back to the counter and ask "shouldnt there be fudge mixed with this?" and am told vehemently that "No, the cookie dough blizzard does not come with fudge" and that there would be an up charge if I insist on getting it. I looked up the same blizzard on DQs website where it verifies I am right and go back to the counter to get it fixed; all five of the employees made eye contact but ignored me for the 10 minutes I waited at the counter. Finally ate as is, but was worst DQ experience ever.

I arrived at 250 p.m.. the business was scheduled to open at 3 so I sat there for 10 minutes in the heat expecting to get some ice cream at 3 oclock. The manager comes to the door at 3 oclock and says they are short-handed and not prepared to open for another 15 minutes. If there was another business near where I was I would have left. I finally got to enjoy my ice cream around 3:20 p.m. . It was exactly what I expected. The ice cream was good the service was good also. I think that the manager should have compensated me in some way for me having to stand outside in the heat for an additional 15 minutes of time wasted. He was well aware that the business was to be open to at 3 and yet it still took 15 minutes longer to open the door

The food is always very good and a great value. The store is always clean. They are the best Dairy Queen of them all when it comes to making blizzards, sundaes, and getting your order right. On the down side, they have common labor issues. The help rarely opens on time, usually an hour late on openings. Be prepared for a long wait when slightly busy, as they are lightly staffed. Update; The managers/owners are too old to keep this place running right 100% of the time. They are also too old to recognize it. The owners need to sell to younger owner/managers that are willing to show up and lead and fill in when short staffed. Dairy Queen should ask/demand the current owners sell their franchise location in order to save it.

Worst drive-thru experience Ive ever had tonight. Waited 15 MINUTES to place my order--there was no one in front of us, only a car at the window, all cars behind us backed out and left. I watched the lady mess around the whole time we were waiting. She had the enthusiasm of a sloth. We finally pulled up to the window, where we finally got waited on. They were out of what I wanted, so I had to pick something else. She made my dipped cone and sat it on the counter, while we watched it drip, (dont know where she went) and then take 3-4 minutes running our card. She never apologized for the long wait either. My cone was nearly inedible by the time I received it. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

On the negative side... we sat in this drive-through for at least 20 minutes (might have been closer to 30) because the line both inside and outside was so long. I dont think Ive ever sat in a drive-through as long as we sat in this one. On the plus side... our blizzards were so packed with Heath that there was almost more Heath than ice cream. Okay, so Im exaggerating slightly, but Ive never had a blizzard with this much Heath and I loved every single delicious creamy bite of it. Thank you DQ! Also, the server happily honored our odd request for a glass of ice and a glass of water. We were very pleased.

Weve been to numerous DQ locations in our lives & I have to say "this is the worst one weve ever visited". The lobby was disgusting, the staff look like slobs, the fountain machine was out of CO2 & no one bothered to change it after being told numerous times. There was also no ice & no tea and nothing was done. I am a manager at a Honey Baked Ham locationed here in Florida and I can tell you I would be shut down if my store looked anything resembling this one & I would be looking for a new job. The manager looked and acted like he was still in high school.

0 stars. The employees are extremely rude and impatient. While sitting at the drive through window (for about 20 minutes) the manager chose to talk with other employees instead of do his job. The employee at the window did not confirm our order and just swiped our card. When we placed our order the manager was rushing us to make a decision and preparing food without gloves or a hair net. We used to eat here at this location as kids and now cant share that experience with our own kids. Very unprofessional. Thankfully my food seemed to be cooked all the way.

Very bad. Today was free small oreo frappe. They turned my self and 2 kids away and about 4 other groups. 2 middle age people come in and they give the the free frappes. Now if you gonna break the rules and order from boss , what not for kids. My daughter was standing in line behind those people and was very upset they gave to those people but not to everyone. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. AND THE PEOPLE WORK ING THERE ARE RUDE AND TRY TO LIE TO YOUR FACE INSULTING YOU.

It amazes me when I stand in line waiting to place an order, and the girl who should be taking orders is doing 2 peoples jobs because I assume the supervisor (taller blonde lady) is walking around the store on the store phone staring at a schedule, instead of taking care of the line of people .... To the shorter much nicer brown haired girl who finally made it to the register, thank you! And it sucks you had to do two peoples jobs.

Your website says you close at 11pm. Your door says you close at 11pm. I arrived at 9pm and you were closed. This isnt the first time this has happened. Youre losing business, I saw 3 cars attempt to make an order. Employees ignored our attempts to get their attention. Wont be going to this location ever again. Went to Steak N Shake instead. Good luck with all the business youre losing.

We went through the drive thru to get blizzards after an afternoon at the beach. There were three cars between us and the order board. It took 20 minutes to get to the meanu board. We ended up leaving before we ordered. It would have been at least at total of 40 minutes to get our ice cream. Completely not worth it for DQ blizzards. We are locals and will never return.

Not only the worst DQ ive ever been to, this is the worst restaurant ive ever been to, period. This place is disgusting. Its NEVER clean. The employees are awful, impatient, rude, and snippy. Drive through service always takes a minimum of 15 minutes. This place just sucks. Ive been there 4 times and thats 4 too many. Owner should be ashamed.
