i honestly wouldnt let my Dog eat here...SEND IN THE UNDERCOVER BOSS to this Location PLEASE...... Horrible Horrible HORRIBLE! Food....And on top of that, ,Before I even ordered the Waitress let me know " NO BACON, NO BONELESS WINGS, of any kind " on top of other things they ran out off...." I was like " YOU have to be kidding me? " VERY SAD!!! Well....Since they didnt have anything... I ordered their Seasoned Garlic Herbed Fries. They brought me Fries that was burnt at the tip and full of grease, I mean the Grease was standing up on the Fries and waving at me.....The fries had NO TASTE AT ALL, NOT even Salt let alone any Garlic, just Potato dipped in Grease " A heart attack in a Basket" I couldnt even eat them and shouldnt have paid for them but paid for them anyways. The Killing part when I tried to explain it to the waitress that they didnt have any taste nor did they look like the advertise photo, well she guaranteed me that they was what I ordered . I even showed her the picture to show the difference, which was different from the pictures and looked at me like I was crazy for telling her the fries had no taste. I am not understanding these 5 star reviews. Maybe its another shift or Most of The 5 Stars must be coming from people that sit at the Bar Area thats only interested in drinking.... The others must be Friends and family of the staff. Any who Most of the 5 Stars review arent explained just gave probably to Boost their average PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THE DAVENPORT Florida RED ROBIN.... Make the drive to the RED ROBIN on INTERNATIONAL Drive... Service and Food is so much better.

First of all, let me say that I think the burgers, fries and onion rings were really, really good. That being said, the service was sub-par, all the way from the kitchen to the manager. Myself and our two teens ordered our burgers without any kind of sauce/mayo. Our food took 25+ minutes to arrive at our table, and when it did, all three of our burgers came with what we didnt want on them. Took a bit to find our waiter, who then proceeded to tell me that was how my burger came! (He goofed and instead of acknowledging that fact, he chose to argue). Then he said hed go get a manager, who took forever to show. When she finally got there, I asked if it would take 25 min to get our replacement food.....she got snooty with me, saying they were busy, blah, blah, blah......quite argumentative about the fact that 1) it took so long and 2) our order was incorrect...... I do have to say that the mgr did comp our meal, but still......were locals, not tourists, so will think twice about going back to this location......

SAVE YOUR MONEY... WAY OVER PRICED ! ! ! AND OVER RATED !!! Took my wife and grand daughter for her birthday , service was ok, but felt that everything was in a rush... to many customers and not enough servers to cover them all... Had 2 burgers, chilli cheese fries, two soft drinks, one choclate shake, one childs meal, $ 54 dollars and change, OMG ! ! ! i ABOUT HAD A HEART ATTACK! ! ! I didnt bother to look at prices when we orderd , I kinda just figured that It would cost around 30-35 bucks realistically.. cause that all it was really worth! ! ! And the food was just ok... nothing to write home about! Two week before that the wife and I went to Mannys Chop House and had... 24oz PorterHouse 24oz Beer for me, Prime Rib soft drink for my wife, two HUGE baked potatoes, fresh rolls straight out of the oven, cinnamon butter... and endless salads mixed in a big bowl right in front of you... TOTAL BILL... $51 Dollars and change I was in Heaven ! Moral of the story ...GO TO MANNY"S ... You"ll thank me later!

First impression walking in was that it was quite dirty with trash and food all over the floor. I ordered the A1 Peppercorn burger which sounded amazing, but came out black on one side and tasting like charcoal. It was clearly not medium and had very few toppings. I couldnt find the onion straws at all. The sauce was probably tasty but it was only on the black side of the burger and covered maybe half of it. The other entrees at the table didnt seem as bad; however, a friend ordered a side of sauce for her burger and it was forgotten. Not a big deal, except that when reminded, it came about 10 minutes later when it was mostly too late. The service overall was incredibly slow, maybe because it was late on a Sunday night. The burgers all came with a small amount of fries that werent hot and we asked for more, but they came after we were finished with everything. The parmesan-garlic add on for the fries was decent if you like garlic oil soaked fries, but the first ones didnt have much parmesan cheese at all.

Update: After going several more times, I think I am standing by four stars; still a great place to eat (otherwise I wouldnt have kept coming), but servers are still hit and miss. They all seem conscientious and friendly, so Im assuming management has to do a little better at training. Also I forgot to mention in my original review: no WiFi, and no signal for either Sprint or T-Mobile which are to two networks my phone uses. Since the whole Champions Gate area is riddled with cell dead zones I wish more places here would provide better (or any) WiFi. Original: Good burgers, excellent fries (and unlimited refills on the fries). Almost gave it a worse rating after the first visit, I dont know if the server was just new or not good at suggestions, but he didnt really seem very helpful at making suggestions and my burger was only so-so as a result. Gave them another chance though and got a much better server and got an amazing burger. Will up the rating to five stars if good results continue.

When we first arrived my Husband asked for the game to be put on and the lady said she would ask the bartender and we were ok with that but after waiting 15 minutes my Husband went to ask himself to find out the lady never asked about the game being turned on. Then my Husbands order was messed up after he requested for no cheese to be put on his burger. I mentioned it to the waiter and she apologized and "got him a new sandwich" but when we looked at it there was cheese residue on the burger. So I mentioned it to the waiter and she acted as if she had "no idea" THEY did that and said she would have them remake the burger but by that time we werent interested in eating here anymore and politely declined the offer. Not a good experience at this place.

Worst Place Ever visited location on Feb/14/2017 @ 12:00 place wasnt busy got seated quick but waited literally 35 Mins at booth & No Waiter Ever showed up, or Came to Table Pressed the Call Server button on machince on the table flashed a red light and still no one bother to come over & check on us at all Worst experience at a restaurant ever wish I cud give this Place a No Star Rating Negative -1 rating , not Polite horrible service as I was walking out with my party of 4 family & friends I told the Man at the front who was seating people coming in what happen n he just laughed. Never going to this place ever again ppl be warned of this Red Robin location. Totally ruined our day n experience to be returning costumers at Red Robin locations
