worst experience ever. i went to this location 4 days ago at night at 9pm and ordered the 5 piece wing combo that comes with fries and a drink. the person taking my order acted like beneath him to pay attention to my order so he got it all wrong and when i tried to correct my order, instead of apologizing he then BLAMED me for not being clear enough. i was given my food in under 2 minutes which was fast but when i parked to eat my food i realized i was served RAW fries. i walked back to the window and asked if i could have an order of fries that had been cooked a bit more and the person not only told me and i quote "no, he then refused to give me a refund when i brought the whole order back to him. the whole orders total was 9 dollars and some change. i paid 9 dollars not for food but for extremely bad service and rude comments.

Treated like we were a nuisance at the drive thru and then they didnt even get the order right... we were constantly barked at with final totals while still ordering in an obviously annoyed attempt to get us to hurry up and get out of their drive thru... all this happening would be understandable in a rush situation, but literally NO ONE WAS EATING HERE OR IN THE DRIVE THRU AT THE TIME! I guess we found out why that was the case... Dont ever eat here... they get paid to stand around and act like you are an annoying problem to them... Heads up, complaints are going to corporate with names from our receipt... You people should be ashamed to be I the food service industry or in any guest based service industry... youre a waste of time and money to your employers...

Had the worse Customer service at this place.!!! I waited at the walk up window for 20 minutes while the employees just walked by the window ignoring me and the customer before me. then the lady that took my order gave me the wrong amount of change back and was rude about it. Over the last years this Checkers has gotten the worse employees ever. Their rude, impatient and get orders wrong. The management and the crews that were there last year were the best you could have 6-8 cars before u in line and you would get served within 10 minutes. Someone needs to do something about this new management that is plain and simply unbelieveably rude!!!!!!!!!!1

Yall got a problem with plain cheeseburgers? At the drive-thru i specified that I wanted a plain cheeseburger with no lettuce or anything THREE times, and they have ignored these requests in my two visits to the place. The lettuce and tomato are served so cold and the mayo/mustard THAT I TOLD THEM NOT TO ADD are splattered so generously that it makes the whole cheeseburger cold once removing it. The soda also tasted like it was made with unfiltered water, with a lingering carbon aftertaste. The workers should pay more attention to the customers requests, and quality-check their soda machines!

This is place is terrible, me and my buddy got off work late one day and decided to stop here. The woman that took our order didnt even try to hide the fact that she was annoyed with our late night presence. Once miss sunshine gave us our food, the experience only became worse from there. The burgers were cold and seemed like they had just been reheated, the fries were at best luke warm and tasted like they were made hours prior. If you can avoid this place and dont let them take your money for a lackluster product, and terrible service.

Omg!!!! Im never coming here again I hate this place, they are so slow, they got my order wrong 3 times, like who the hell is in the back of the kitchen because they slow AF, I cant deal, the food be cold sometimes, the bun is old, the lettuce and mayonnaise on the spicy chicken be hot and its never fresh, its like they prepcook the food and warm it in a microwave, I wouldnt waste a penny in this place again, they need a whole new staff crew that knows what they doing

Ive been sitting in line for 25 minutes before I got to order. I have nothing better to do so thats the only reason why I waited. But man, they had this trash can sitting in one of the drive through lanes so theres only one open. If I could reverse now and leave I could buy unfortunately, theres three cars behind me and Im stuck. Finally got my food after that long wait and my fries werent even hot. Smfh.

Worst service ever, was asking 4 a med or even small size cup of ice & was told no they are only allowed 2 give courtesy cups out 4 ice, i offered 2 pay 4 the cup of ice whatever it cost & was told no i could not be sold the ice cup & that was coming from the big black guy manager. Very very rude he was when the cashier was being polite & was going 2 get it he started halloring at her.

my first visit to checkers and it was awful first off we get there and its dead but i am standing out side in the Florida sun and no one would even take my order for at least 10 mins and the cashier who took my order had a attitude like i was bugging her but wanting to get something to eat and the tables looked like they werent cleaned in days

I love checkers but this time i wanted some and happened to be in this area and the guy was rude had me scream for my order because he did not hear me.. And when i oredered the whole thing he said i can hear you pull the the front window and laughing. He was rude so we ended up leavaving.

Hot, quick, good food. Staff was very friendly even under busy volume. But facility could use a facelift or reimage,; faded signs, parking crosswalk lines, gum all over traffic area, grease build up on side walk. Greasy smell. Restroom needs an urgent overhaul. Still.... food is good.

What a joke! Long time to get food. Food not cooked well or even done right. I asked for the way I can have a burger bc of my health. I asked to speak to a manager to fix my burger and it’s been 4 days now and I am still waiting never again lol I am still waiting yes eh ? Really waiting

Good tasting food but not very good service. We went twice. The first order they didnt mark our drinks and forgot an item. The second time we went they completely forgot our food and two of the employees didnt even look like they were working. So sad, they need better employees.

DONT GO To checkers in Haines city they gave me a sandwich with hair in it and want to get a attitude when I ask for my money back!! And didnt even give me all my money back! F***ing disgusting!! And it was the manger I was dealing with

First time having checkers in more than 4 years. I have food poisoning now for the first time in my life. Something was not right with the hamburger meat this time. Service was good tho and the food tasted good.
