As a former employee I quit because store manager let a coworker get away with cursing me out in front of the customers in the customers told the store manager happen about yolie being in the wrong in when they left she didnt believe what they say she did nothing about it in the Girl Yolie never gotten a write up because she is Spanish in she is friends with one of the shift manager Rachel aka star who is Spanish as well who been there for years and she was in the front when it happen thought it was so funny also I am African-American a lot of customers knows I was the best front cashier inside the store I feel very discriminating against because I am black in yolie is Spanish get away with cursing peoples out in talking mess about customers who come in spend their money god see everything also this store is very unprofessional and has a lot of health valuation

Our mistake for stopping at this place. We were starving. No place to park an rv. I got out, ran in and ordered food. We went to leave and no signs said we couldnt get out because of clearance. We were stuck. Towing a car its not possible to back up with the rv and the car so we had to take the car off to back out of the drive thru. The manager and another employee came out and could barley speak English. They couldnt help us. The manager could say I want you to dissappear. She said that at least 5 times. We were in a major situation. Its not like we wanted to be stuck. She was taking pics of our motor home like we were criminals. Thank you to the people that did help us. Wasnt burger King employees. Never eat at burger King again

This place needs Profesional help. Lets start off by the drive through. I can hear a whole bunch of chatter and foul language in the back ground.Now my order was completely wrong. I had ordered a bacon and cheese whopper meal and all they gave me was just a whopper. Didnt find out until I got to work. And I had also ordered two tender crips chicken sandwiches and they asked me crispy or grilled and they both came back as grilled. Now all of these where larger size meals and all they got right was the drinks. The gave us medium fries. And my friends and I are pissed about this place. I dont recommend anyone to go to this Burger King at all. Just go to McDonalds. At least theyll do the job right the first time.

HORRIBLE manager Barbra couldnt even speak English taking orders. Puts us on hold while finishing the customer at the widow while still on speaker we hearing the whole conversation then finally comes back to take our order and after we order asks us to repeat cause she wasnt listening! Then while at the window we ask for a cup of water and she says there a charge for a cup of water!!!! Never in life have I EVER heard of that and I worked at Burger King back in the days! NEVER!!!! Will b filing a complaint first thing tomorrow morning! If you dont want to be bothered or cant handle the drive through window take your ass to the back! Never again

Paid $20 for meals for my wife and myself. Worst Burger King experience ever and trust me we never have high hopes for fast food but come on now. Ordered two large onion rings only to find out they have no zesty saice. No ice in drink machine and every soda we tried flat. Though they did correct our dri ks by filling them at their station behind counter. Anyways 20$ is outrageous for 3 skimpy whopper jrs a chicken sandwich and 2 large onion rings and drinks. I dont blame employees but someone needs to manage the ordering and stocking at this location. Thanks King. Think well go next door to Wendys for a sandwich now. Lol

Just avoid - tourist trap pricing and tricks. I was in the area, they were open and stopped in. Quirky parking, place was a mess, one of the drink dispensers was out of a lot of selections (they do have the new touch screen ones). 2 things really caught my attention... very high "tourist" prices and another tourist scam Ive seen before, asking if you want medium or large, not if you want to upgrade - but not even offering the small option. Sad thing for them is, people do not go back. They thrive on the one-sale screwing of the customer, or should I say "victim". Just avoid this place!!! You have been warned

ZERO STARS WOULD BE APPROPRIATE!!!!! Im here to inform you that all these people cant be wrong! Something has definitely changed at this location and a few others. Its quite obvious that their upper management doesnt care. Its the same thing all the time, were out of beef, were down for maintenance, cash only, and the very famous one; "our system is down". Ya know what, why dont you just close your doors!!!!! Its quite clear you dont want or care about our business!!!!! Thank goodness Chick Fil A will be open tomorrow to take my $$$ with a smile, hot food & a thank you!!!!!

This is just ridiculous! As Im waiting in the drive threw where they should be providing "fast food" Im writing this review. Ive been waiting now 25 mins and still have three cars ahead of me! The costumer service is horrible and the presentation of the food is awful. I sound crazy writing this and still returning to this location but its the only Burger King close enough to my house! Something should really be done about this! If you can avoid this location, it would be my best recommendation. Please get better workers and faster paced people!

Ordered two whopper meals and the 3.29 cheeseburgers. Ask for one plain one only ketchup whoppers regular. Got cold fries and cold whoppers plain and dry. Asked hey can I get fresh fries ? Lady said those are the freshest we got. I understand that by these arent fresh. She left the window and closed it on us. I waited she didnt return and so I figured I will just get my money back tomorrow. Oh yeah iced tea tasted like cleaning product. Dont go here. I will post later to see if I get my money back or food remade.

Ive been to this BK 5 times. Once they were out of burgers, another time they were turning people away because their card reader was down. Im sitting in their drive thru right now. It took 10+ minutes for someone to even greet me at the speaker. By then Id already decided that Id rather go to Arbys down the road. Too late... once youre in the drive thru, youre trapped. Been sitting here for more than 20 minutes now with two cars in front of me and Im stuck. My mistake. I should have known better. I wont be back.

This was the worst place ever. The workers was rude as hell not to mention can not get any order right at all. Plus there was no ice and the manager had no clue what to do. She even said what do you want me to do go get some ice from the store. In which she still stayed there and had a dumb look on her face. Plus all the soft drinks was horrible and nasty. There should have been signs posted along with the workers letting people know that there was no ice before taking anyones order.
