Went to this restaurant with my family. We called and made reservations for 12 adults 2 children. Upon arrival they had decided the best place to put us was not on the spacious patio, rather in a large booth/table combo, with only one inlet. It was rather annoying when a person had to use the restroom as 7 people shuffle out to let one person out. It would have been easy to fix had they centered the table and allowed two outlets. Of course all of that is totally ignoring the fact the table they put us at really only had space for 10 people; 12 if you didnt mind elbows at your side and bumping arms while cutting a steak. But we also needed two high chairs to fit. This led to my wife essentially sitting in the walk way and my son not even at the table but floating near the aisle as well! Bring this up to the manager? He debates the ability of seating our entire party at this table explaining we just need to move closer, and counts out the place settings and how it would work. I would have expected to hear this from the dining room attendant at McDonalds, not the manager of this restaurant. Once the final members of my party arrive we are pushed by the waiter to order. Actually, he was taking orders before the last members of our party had arrived, it was obvious too by the empty seats. Thus he was all the more eager to turn us over when the final members arrived. Food arrives and my meal was okay, I enjoyed the mashed potatoes the most...if that says anything. The biggest disappointment was portion size, I was still hungry after my $18 plate, and so was my wife. I will most likely not attend this restaurant again. There seems to be some great reviews, so maybe it was just a fluke.

TERRIBLE!!!, first of all Im very happy for those who had a nice experience but mine was the WORST Ive HAD in YEARS . It was a rainy day and the old lady who welcomes us makes us seat wherever she wanted and was very rude about it, and I understand there is different rules at some places but "is not what you say, is the way you say it", its our first visit there and the waitress treated us like idiots and was not genuine, she didnt seem focus and she had a stressing behavior; we ended up staying because of the ratings on Google that said the food is awesome, but my husband ordered a paella and it had no flavor at all, it was a soup of rice with empty shells and a couple of shrimps horrible! The shrimp tacos I ordered had a heavy salty seasoning, the house salad portion was extremely small and we were told that 2 could share. I ordered a mango mojito and this really was disgusting I left it there, it was watery, they didnt crush the eucalyptus leaves and it didnt taste like anything. We asked for a lime and it was totally dry. Wow then the best thing was that the bill 80 dollars, a bad taste in my mouth, stress and an upset stomach. I really hope no one gets ever such a horrible experience like me and my husband had over there.

Great breakfast or dinner date place on the beach. I grew up in California and we have lots of places right on the beach to eat, and here in CW we just have a few that are actually on the beach and sometimes you just want to eat and watch the sunset. Clearsky is a great place for that because you can sit outside along the railing and see the sunset, listen to live music, and then go walk out on the beach which is just a few feet away. The food is great, very eclectic, unique combos of flavors and menu items. We just went there for breakfast the other day and I had a new item called the chorizo crepes. My father is Mexican, so I know what chorizo is supposed to taste like, and most places dont know how to make it....well, I was pleasantly surprised...the crepes were so packed with flavor, and the chorizo was made perfectly! Good food, great atmosphere, its always busy, so make resos if you know youre going at a certain time.

AMAZING FOOD! You will not regret it! Any time of the day, you are bound to find something delicious. Its literally right around the corner from the beach, so you can just walk off the beach and grab a bite to eat. Its got a great atmosphere inside as well, heaters for the outside patio when its a little chilly. For breakfast, I usually order fresh fruit crepes and not only is it delicious, its visually appealing how they arrange it on the plate. But you HAVE to go just for the delicious french toast. The pizza at dinnertime is absolutely amazing, as well as the bruschetta. Im a local here and I would take this place over the fancier places any day! Its not too bad of a kill to the wallet either, prices are good! Ive got all my friends and family hooked as well. Definitely a solid recommendation of mine.

The wait is terrible long.the food is so so. Nothing spectacular. They have a very nasty bartender named Pete who wont take your order if he doesnt like you. Im a regular and he wont serve me water , no mater how many times I ask nicely, I tip very generously so this is not it. He gets the order wrong, at this time ,Im starting to think he is doing it on purpose . If we ask for a hockey or football game, he will refuse to change any of the three TV , even if no one is watching them. He will even change the channel when the game has seconds left to finish! To the owner, beware of Pete, nasty guy and it will affect your business because it makes it unpleasant for us who live in the SandPearl and other high end Condos, to continue supporting your restaurant.

UPDATE: it is now 2:55am and I urgently had to visit the restroom where the food has now left my body violently. On our way back from the restaurant after 10 minutes we had to stop at a restroom for my wife twice on the way home. I will not be returning to this restaurant again, now I know that vinegar after taste was a bad sign. Original Review - The food here is pretty good, I had the yellow curry and it was tasty but nothing like chicken curry I had tasted elsewhere, but not in a good way. It was a bit dry and left a vinegar after taste, my wifes meal the fresh caught snapper was OK but not great, a bit bland. I would eat here again but change my order. The prices are a bit high for this quality of food. I think you are paying more for the location.

I dont leave few stars very often, but our family came here this morning and the restaurant was full, we waited but decided to go somewhere else after a bit because we were in a rush. The waiter came after us down the street which was nice, to say there was a table available, we all walked back and everyone sat down and the waitress outside came and Impolitely told me we all couldnt eat there because I alone had no shoes on. All 6 of us had to leave, it was super inappropriate and slightly rude of her after being invited in again, and after a wait. I have a broken toe, I couldnt wear shoes. I understand the policy of shoes and liability, but common sense should play a role in customer service and the girl wasnt kind at all about telling us to leave.
