Worst place ever!! The first time my family and i went here was amazing.. awesome food, awesome service, very comfortable.. this last time horrible all the way around. 3 people and our table complained about the same thing being wrong and not once did anyome say i am sorry. They continued to make excuses.. sorry but thats not how you handle it.. we found out it was the owner who came to talk to us he was very rude and continued to make more excuses and never said sorry.. we have to ask for refills 3 times and a box 4 times.. our server mentioned she was also the owner lol.. i hope this place gets shut down.. customer service is the number 1.. i would have forgivin the horrible food but not after the way they reacted to the situation. Mind you every single person who worked there came from the kitchen and other side just to see us because our server and the owner thought it was okay to continue to talk about the situation while we were right there and made us feel very very uncomfortable!!!!

Ordered roast beef dinner, sent it back because it was very poor quality in meat.. had 6 large valves where the blood flows through the cow.. sent it back for fish and chips fairly simple and it was saturated in oil. Boyfriend ordered a burger and it was a frozen patty of meat.. waitress was nice.. manager lady was very rude. She had to make a big deAl out of the fact I didnt like the beef when I would have paid for that and the fish. It was horrible and Im not picky. I will never go back and will spread the word about this manager who didnt make it pleasant at all. I go out to eat 3 times a week at rivercrest and drop 100$ average a week and thought Id try this place seems its by home. Never ever again thanks to the management. I wasnt rude at all by the way. She told me she wants to know why I sent it back "because they dont shoot the meat" ... when she could have simply said Im sorry instead of having an attitude and being all loud with me. Made me feel very uncomfortable!

Weve been here twice, once for breakfast and once for dinner. Some of the reviews are misleading. Breakfast menu was great, many different combinations to choose from, very fast service and the meal was great. Same with dinner our waitress was upbeat and very friendly, actually had her and another server bringing drinks and side dishes. Everything was very good. Dining room was very clean and up to date. This is a good restaurant, really have no complaints. Prices are normal for this type of place and we will add Great Lakes to the list of local restaurants that we frequent.

Jake, our server, was very polite, accommodating, has a great disposition & was immediately at table side seeing to refills or any other want or need we had. The Great Lakes Burger was really good & prepared to my liking. By the way, their Bleu cheese dressing, if its to your liking, is made in house. Thick & plenty of cheese pcs. in the sm. cup its served in. Alot of Bleu Cheese restaurants serve is nothing more than glorified Ranch!

The absolute worse meal I have ever gotten in a restaurant. Ordered the breaded pork tenderloin & when it came out it was ice cold & it was a boneless pork loin chop not pork tenderloin. I was informed by the hostess that it was cooked in the oven and then was later breaded & thrown on the grill. Way overcooked & dry, could barely cut it. Will never go back again.

Horrible! Ordered a white egg omelette was the smallest white egg omelette i ever had. Daughters chicken parm was dry and nasty. The manager with the blondie hair is so rude and laughed at us as we were walking out. Me nor my family will go back there. Worst resturtant Ive been to food and service.

Good portions for the price. Had my heart set on meatloaf but the just ran out. Waitress threw out a few suggestions that sounded good so I went with it. She couldve just left it alone but she went the extra step. Dont always get that so it was nice to see.

Hungarian mushroom soup and Greek chicken salad was great and chicken fried steak for hubby was good. Service was good. You have to remind servers of reills but overall nice family restaurant. Love the art work on menu board.

Very slow service after being seated took the waitress 15 minutes to take our order there there only 5 other tabels on the reasturant.waitress did not evan want to take our order.food was average we Will not be returning back

Came in with 3 people at 8pm. All three of our orders they ran out of something and had to change , and even when mew changed our orders they ran out. Poor management will never come here again

Staff are friendly. Very clean, food is fresh and plentiful. I do wish I didnt have to ask for a refill on my coffee as often as I do. Moderalty expensive but proportioned
