If I could put a - in front of the 1star I would. This was the worst service and food I ever tasted. They need to fire everyone of these ladies here and rehire more lady like workers. With better customer service skills. They cooked the eggs twice and they still had water coming from them. The bacon was burned. The cooker said it that not how yall eat your bacon why no maam I like my bacon cooked hard but not burned. I wouldnt return to this huddle house if I had to. I hope the manager see this and take heed to what she or he have as staff here. Suckssss

I generally come in atleast once a week only because a good friend of mine refuses to go to Waffle House. Ive never had a good experience. Either I get no service, I get terrible food, or I have to deal with intoxicated hood rats coming in and screaming. The food is incredibly overpriced for what youre getting. I can honestly say Ive never had a more gut clinching experience as I have here, every single time. If anything, atleast theyre consistent in their crap service.

The food was terrible, they didnt cook the sausages all the way and they were still cold. They didnt even clean off the tables, WE cleaned our own table off. They had trash piled up in a corner on the counters where they cooked, and the service was slow. We got here at 11:30 and it was 12:10 before we even got our drinks! Would not come here again.

The worst service Ive ever had. Waited an hr and had one order wrong cold toast and didnt ever get the waffle that was ordered. After sending hash browns and toast back. Never got them back or waffle. Then the bill was $40. When I said something to them. They took $5 dollars off bill. Will not ever go back to that one.

After watching the food prep I didnt like anything..wish I had not ate what I did..the only one.wearing gloves was the cook..another guy was stepping in every once in a while but did not have gloves on..he was slicing tomato with bare hands..buttering bread with bare hands..never washed them from what I could tell...

Ummm, Im really surprised this location is still open! We have NEVER had "great" service, seems the whole staff acts like its their first day of work, its never 100% clean, we have had to get up and get our own drinks for the lack of service, its just horrible. We no longer visit this location!

Placed a order and didnt receive everything at once. Had to reorder and was charged extra because it wasnt added to the original order due to the waitress mistake. Poor customer service and a long wait because she kept forgetting about us.

I usually eat at the east Dublin location, which in my opinion is always been satisfactory. But the last 3 times I ate at the hillcrest location my food was dry once, burnt another and just wasnt good at all on all 3 occasions.

Food made me sick. They had chairs on the tables, dishes scattered all over the bar along with a withered poinsettia. The one lone positive was the waitress did as fine a job as she could considering the clutter
