August 5, 2017: I am downgrading my previous 4 stars to 2 stars. Reason being- the attitude of some of the workers here is slipping. We frequent here quite a bit. Mostly because the workers and clientele are a bit higher in quality over other restaurant chains. Also being a Christian leaning company, Id rather put my money here. However, they do NOT know how to fill your fries here. I cannot count the amount of times they did not fill my large fries. I always have to ask them to fill them, as I ordered a large fries but always get a medium worth of food in the large container. When I had this happen on August 3rd, I got a rather cocky explanation: " your fries are filled. We dont fill them to the container size, we weigh them and go by the weight alone. If you want your fries container filled to the top, you can buy more fries to do that" I was rather disappointed with that answer and regretted stopping there. Originally I rated this Chik Fila 4 STARS Like any Chick-Fil-A, they are always pleasant and clean. No trashy people working here like some other fast food chain restaurants who tend to employ rift raft. The only consistent complaint I have with this location is the drive thru. MAKE SURE you get a 4 cup holder, regardless of how many drinks you have. The 2 cup holder WILL TIP over when you drive around the corner. They also tend to over fill the bags where you can lose your waffle fries if they tip on the seat next to you, even under normal driving conditions. If they give you a 2 cup holder, ask for a 4 cup one. If your food is over halfway to the top of the bag, ask for a bigger bag to put it inside of. As always- closed Sunday to worship God like we all should be.

Horrible experience with Adam, informed to go around the entire building. I just wanted to use the new app, pick up my order and return to work serving the Veteran population of CW Young. Its unfortunate these new orange cones are brought in to assist with crowd control infact, they hinder progress. Dissapointed Adam, the manager wanted to argue with me about cones and how to drive. Consistency is key and I informed Adam the manager to inform him to let the customer behind me who also failed to go around the building know as well to go around the building as well. Im not a child, I dont need to be reprimanded. Allow me to order and accept my green. Give me my ordered product and customer service. 1 Im giving only 1 star just to leave this post.

Food is very dependable, almost always very good. Staff is consistantly polite and helpful, even when you ask for 50 packs of Chick-fil-a sauce!! Ok, not that many...........but the employees are so friendly and orders are very rarely incorrect; its almost like they actually CARE about their job, as opposed to most other fast food chains. At busy times they have the kids outside to take orders and payments in the drive through line, which definately helps to speed things up. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5, is because they are pretty high-priced and never have any special deals or coupons. But for the most part, their food and service is worth it.

Good Chicken Sandwiches & Waffle Fries Chick-fil-A is an American fast food chain specializing in Chicken sandwiches, nuggets, strips, etc. They have locations throughout the country and are not open on Sundays. I have visited this location twice recently. On my first visit, they were unable to honor a free coupon that I had because of the way their systems ring up combos!?! Yesterday, when we went through the drive-thru they were unable to process my rewards card and apparently they have no method which to get credit after the fact. The food is very good and consistent. We are big fans of the waffle fries.

*UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP* place seems dishelveled and not as kept up. the play area is disgusting, floor was not vacuumed or washed like it used to be and their was dust/dirt/food build up along where the floor meets the walls/Windows. Its such a shame because the old management really did go above and beyond to make this location special. Hopefully this is just a transition period but it doesnt seem like that. I dont even see any old register people, its like they didnt a clean sweep and took away all the people that made this place great

I love coming to this Chick-fil-A. Been coming here for years. Never had any major issues. One review does state that smell like sewage coming through the front door. The only time Ive ever witnessed that is just after the dumpster has been dumped. Reviewers dont look at things like that. Great place to come and eat and good atmosphere. Family friendly.

This is like almost every other Chick-fil-A restaurant that I have ever visited. It was clean, efficient and served the same food as all of the others. They did have a couple of workers outside helping to make the drive thru run a little faster. I didnt use the drive thru, but I am sure that the people that were appreciated the extra effort.

The staff here are super friendly and efficient. Our good was great. My finance and I come here all the time as it is close to our house and is one of the healthier of fast-food restaurants. Never have any problems. And I love that they play instrumental Christian music. Great job guys!

Just went to this location. First time customer of a Chicfila ever. The drive thru girl, Briston, was super sweet! She was very helpful and knowledgeable! She suggested a few unique salad dressing a such as the zesty apple cider vingerette. Absolutely amazing customer service!

So I went to the drive-thru today and ordered number ones anyhow once I got drink it was old tea and my fries were super super salty my chicken was burnt so there I think out of All 4 locations in penellas this one is the worst

Place smells like sewage as soon as you walk in front door. Does not cater to the customers like EVERY OTHER CHIK FIL A. A-list member. .....chick-fil-a on tyrone blvd is the perfect example of what chick-fil-a strives for..

On a super busy road and the parking lot is pretty small. Kids like the built-in play area so thats 3 stars at least. 4th star is given for the milk shakes.
