I have had numerous issues with this Pizza Hut. Most recently I ordered 3 pizzas and a 20 oz. Pepsi to be delivered. I was told the wait time was 45-60 minutes and I was fine with that. The delivery came on time however we realized at the door that they had forgot my drink. Slightly annoyed but I was willing to move past that. I set the pizza down on the table and call my family in for dinner. After which I open the boxes to find that these are not at all, not even close, to what I ordered. It was completely wrong. After calling and speaking to a manager, there was no fight or issue they agreed to re-make the pizza and send it back out...in another hour. Now 2 hours into the process of having family dinner, the new pizzas arrive. Yet again, no drink... I dont know why but this is not the first time they have forgot the drink and what has confused me even more now is WHY ON EARTH I ORDERED FROM THEM AGAIN!?!? I called again (the 3rd time) and told a manager I still did not get my drink. They offered to give me a "$10 Credit to my account" a nice offer but I dont ever plan to order from them again. More then disappointed.

Thursday Feb 4th 2016. First time I ve ever ordered from this place (Ive lived here three months). I ordered a lg stuffed crust veggie ($23.00). They said 40 mins. It arrived after 1hr and 15 mins cold and dried out. Delivery guy said they sent the other delivery driver home so he had six deliveries to do before mine. Good call there Mr. manager. First and last time I order from your store, never again. First impressions and all that......Ill just stick with Dirkos or Rons or Crenos or Marcos or Papa Johns or Donatos or Little Caesars. The manager of Pizza Hut on Main St. in Mt. Vernon, Ohio obviously doesnt care about delivering fresh hot food to his customers, hed rather send a driver home and save money, so I dont care about Pizza Hut. I dont work for or own any pizza joint. Im just a one time Pizza Hut customer who got phucked over on his first and last delivery order.

Order all the time from here because its cheap pizza with coupons, but man its always a tossup to see what Ill get. About 1/4 times I order the pizza is wrong in some fashion, whether its the wrong crust, sauce, or a completely different pizza. I always do pick-up, but it always takes a few minutes for the employees to acknowledge my presence, and sometimes the pizza takes up to 30 minutes before its ready (even though it always gives me a 15 minute time). More than once Ive pointed out the pizza was wrong (like white sauce instead of red) and been told "It was ordered that way." Id pull up the order on my phone or show the receipt, and theyd admit their fault and make another one. Overall, everyone working seems a little slow, apathetic, or simply dont want to be there, and it reflects in the establishment.

Our server more or less threw my husbands water on the table. Our bread sticks werent cut and instead of something like oh Ill get those cut for you, she said theyre perforated but ok fine Ill cut them for you. wow. Edit: my parents brought me here tonight. Our server was sweet and our food pretty good. But the manager or whoever she was. Her name was Judy, gave us some major attitude. I dont know whats going on but wow. We were a friendly table. I dont get it.

With all the options in town, why would anyone come to Pizza Hut? This place is a disgrace. Our service once again was horrible. Did I mention that Im sitting in Donatos writing this review? Yep, they got my business instead. Shape up, Pizza Hut!

The staff was friendly and the food was good. However, the service was a bit slow. Ordered two large pizzas and waited an half-hour for it. They were not busy at all (in the restaurant). There was only one other group there.

The quality has gone way downhill. The crust is gross and the pan pizza looks like thin crust now. And not the thick crust that made pizza Hut so good. Ill never order from here agian. Im tired of wasting money

The food was hot and tasted very good. The restaurant looked cleaner than some of the other pizza huts my family and I have been in. Pretty nice atmosphere. The customer service/service overall was ok.

The salad in the salad bar was brown. The original crust was more like thin and soggy. This was the first time in 15 years that I have been in a pizza hut and it will be the last!

Its a fun place to take the entire family. I feel comfortable to sit and hang out there. Also, the menu is big enough that I dont have to feel forced into eating pizza.

They have a great all you can eat buffet on Wednesday nights from 5 to 7pm. Its also available on Sunday from 12N to 2pm. The food is great plus a salad bar.
