Ive loved the place since they opened in 2004(?). They are family-owned and practically live their lives in this fast food restaurant. Consistency with quality of food is best here. I hate the place near publix- China 1. They always have nasty, fatty bits of chicken. Happi China has the best meats out of all the fast food Chinese places around Palm Harbor. This is fast food Chinese-American take out with 4 tables(?) for quick dine-and-ash lunches or dinners. Its not a restaurant so dont expect restaurant or traditional quality Chinese here! That being said, my family is proud to eat their food and keep these hardworking people in business. Keep up the good work Happi China!

Today was our first and last time getting food from here. Aside from the rude service on the phone and at pickup (same woman)...the food was mediocre at best. We ordered the honey chicken and chicken lo mein lunch specials, the honey chicken was ok but each piece of chicken had a different flavor and the fried rice was dry, bland and very brown with almost white peas. The lo mein seemed like the chicken walked through it and of course had the same weird fried rice. The egg rolls were equivalent to the ones you can buy at Sams Club. Definitely disappointed all around.

This establishment isnt like any other Chinese take out place Ive been to before. The food is so much better than any other local place Ive been to, and the staff is much friendlier than other restaurants like it. Whatever they do to cook their food, makes flavors pop so much more than other places Ive tasted, and its the only Chinese take out that didnt end up giving me a stomach ache or dehydration, or even MSG coma! I will absolutely be returning here for take out for their great friendly service and stellar food.

A Great place for Chinese food, I would consider this places food better than most other Chinese restaurant. Ive known them for a long time, over 6 years almost, they are definitely a old restaurant by now, got a good rating on trip-advisor. but yes, sometime they have new workers there and have a different taste for a while, but have good service. Recommend trying them out a few time, ask them nicely for special service on the food, they do all kind of extra adding and deleting on ingredients and tastes.

I honestly dont want to review Happi China in fears that the prices go up after everyone knows about this hidden gem. It is mines and my wifes favorite take out joint. I do not know what NY style Chinese is but it sucks and this place does NOT serve NY style. Every NY style Chinese restaurant Ive gone to serves nothing but vegetables and no flavor. The food was poor. We got mooshu pork and we had corn tortillas for chinese pancakes. Go figure. I didnt know I was getting mexican, tonight. I wasnt impressed with the way the food looked when we got it. It was not extra hot and we live about 15 minutes from the restuarant. It should have been more wamer than what it was. The taste was bland. I didnt find any pork in the moo shu. Skipping this place from now on.

The restaurant is family owned, which is good, and service is always friendly! Food is always hot and fresh, and we live about 45 mins away. Menu is a little limited compared to others, and is arguably better than the old Chinese place that was there. Recommended for speedy eating, but if you have about more than an hour to wait, than i would say to go elsewhere.

Food was bland and forgettable. Look elsewhere for something with flavor instead of food that tastes like old cooking oil. Not worth my hard earned money. High hopes based on the reviews but was very disappointed. When you cant even make a decent egg roll you shouldnt have a Chinese restaurant.

Food here is always consistently good. Staff is very friendly. We order pickup here and is always fast and hot. Only reason I wouldnt rate it an excellent decor is because its not really a sit in place and they only have a few tables but it is always clean when you do go in.

I was so pleasantly surprised that I had actually found a comparable substitute for local Chinese food take out after if had closed down! The food was delicious, the prices comparable, the delivery service was fast and the phone service excellent! I will certainly go back :)

We are regulars and really enjoy the food. Our usual order is Chicken Mei Fun, Chicken with Veggies and Chicken fried rice. Always very good. Friendly and fast service. Weve tried a few other restaurants in the neighborhood and Happi Chinas the best.

Online says restaurant closes at 11PM on Thursday, but has 10PM on menu. Called them and they confirmed menu was correct. Bad advertising and business. Was a first time caller, and a last time caller. Thank you for answering the phone for nothing.

This place use to be really good. I dont know what happened but I ordered food today. I got home starting eating and it have absolutely no flavor.. tasted like water... just bland. I wont eat here ever again.

Mark and I are regulars there. The people work diligently and are still friendly and most importantly the food is really tasty and satisfying. My favorite is the sweet and sour chicken! Thumbs up!
