My boyfriend and I come here a couple times a month, mostly during the mid night shift due to our hours at work. Usually the service isnt bad, but tonight (7/19), the service was absolutely terrible! While waiting for the car in front of us to finish his order at the speaker, the girl came on and said "is this... so and so?" and he says "yes" so the girl starts screaming in excitement! They talked through the speaker about how hes been doing and when hes moving. So finally, we get to the speaker, give her our order. By the time the car in front of us, weve already been waiting in line for 5 minutes. The guy in front of us gets to the window and they start talking some more. For literally 5 minutes we were sitting there, listening to their entire conversation. While all this is going on we hear her tell the next customer that they need to wait for their order! Just so she can talk to the guy in front of us! We were in the hospitality business and we completely blown away by her actions! When we FINALLY got to the window, she told us our total and just grabbed the money from by boyfriend. While the window is closed, we could hear her screaming at people inside! When she gave us our food, she opened the window and basically just dropped it in my boyfriends hand. Didnt say thank you, have a nice night or anything. She didnt offer to give us any sauces either. We were so fed up with her by the time we left there. We got a good look at her name tag, even though it was on the right side of her shirt, her name is Amy. If the manager of this Taco Bell sees this, please do yourself and the business youre representing a favor, get rid of this VERY RUDE and VERY OBNOXIOUS girl. The ONLY reason Im even giving it one star is because of the food. Would have been better with my Taco Bell hot sauce... We should have gone to McDonalds right down the street, the employees there are always so nice to us, especially Stretch :D

The employees make this place great! They are some of the most charming, good-natured people Ive had the pleasure of meeting, and they do their best to get the job done well and with integrity. If a problem comes up, they are very likely to remedy the situation if they can. They are good people! The inside of the place has wonderful lighting, especially in the early afternoon hours, and if you go in, you might have the chance to meet the very nice and sometimes quirky regulars whom also know the appeal of this Taco Bell. And though there are many regulars, if I feel the need to mark my own territory, the restrooms are not a terrible territory to occupy. The food tastes like Taco Bell food, which I hope is what you are expecting. Sometimes mistakes on an order are made when things get very busy(as is the case with any food establishment), but usually it is made with little to no issues. Readers, skeptics, potential customers: Join me at my Taco Temple!

Worst experience I have ever had at ANY fast food restaurant I will never go back to this Taco Bell ever and I dont recommend anyone to ever go here . I want inside to order my food and everyone in the lobby was there waiting for their food . They werent putting to lobby orders together at all . The manager will not show his or her face at all to apologize for the wait. While there 3 people that were waiting according to them about 45 mins asked for refunds.. My partner and I were waiting close to half an hour for hour food . And when we did FINALLY got our food it was disgusting I was to upset to even eat it . I had to tell the person making my burrito suprime how to make it and I dont even work there . It was extremely disappointing.... And not only did we have to wait for our food and tell the employee how to correctly make the food but almost all the tables and the floors were filled with food and garbage ... Worst experience ever !!!!

Worst freaking service in my entire life. My food was cold as soon as I got home and I stay 5 mins away.. I asked for certain things in my order because Im vegetarian and they messed it all up... Once I went back to get it fixed, the so called manager proceeded to tell me that he could NOT refund my money OR REMAKE my food..!!! Mind you, Im not mean or ride because I worked in the service industry so I know how it is, but for the managers to not accommodate what I asked for when I have kids to feed, I was BEYOND baffled. Needless to say, we will NOT ever be back here. Yall need to hire someone who doesnt curse your customers for being UNSATISFIED!! #JETSPIZZACAMETHRU

Any time Ive been here, there have been no customers inside and all of the tables are filthy. I was recently at this location a couple of days ago, and one person was ordering a couple of tacos to go in front of me. No other customers in the building, no one in the drive thru. It took over 10 minutes to get my order, which was three items. And then to top it off, my order was wrong. It seemed as though the guy making the food was trying to set a record of how slow one can actually make a cheese and meat taco. I refuse to eat at this location anymore due to the poor service/speed/accuracy of my order.

Forgot 2/4 tacos. Waited about 10 more minutes for ONE hard taco. As I tried to explain we were still missing another taco the lady literally just said oh(never offered to give us the taco)I asked for my receipt so I could figure out how things got so messed up and make sure i wasnt paying for things i never recieved but she couldnt find it... As I was waiting for my children to finish eating she carried on in a conversation with another customer about how she left her last fast food job because the managers didnt know what they were doing. Interesting...

I showed up at this Taco Bell at 7:30 pm on a Wednesday at first I pulled up to the drive through but it was split 2 ways so I decided to park and dine in. Both sets of doors were locked and a few more families pulled up and we were gathered at the door until and employee came to the door to tell us they were closed for the night. Why dont you change your dine in hours on your sign to reflect the correct time you close? That way when normal people visit your establishment during normal dinner hours theres no confusion.

The food is good and all, but for godsake, almost every time I go to this place, their freeze machine is always broken. Seriously thats really messed up. People arent going to want to go here anymore because of their freeze machine rarely ever working. Went here to get a new airhead mystery freeze and even when a new flavor comes out, the machine still doesnt work. Seriously I doubt I want to go to this location anymore. Id rather go to the one in Clearwater or Tarpon than this bull crap location.

If you go through the drive through most likely your portions will be skimped on . I go inside for my take out but still have to unwrap my food. I dont know how someone can function if they dont know how to make it simple taco or burrito . This is the 3rd a final time I have had a problem with the restaurant and will choose another. The cashier was nice and that was the only nice experience.
