I give this location in Brandon FL 0 stars. Horrible experience/service. Smoothies are inconsistent meaning its either way too sweet or really bland. The employees have an attitude. I visited this location and had to send my order back twice. When I asked for a refund from the cashier, a woman who was sitting off to the side ( the cashiers mother) got really nasty with me. At the same time another woman had an issue with her order. The cashier threatened to hit me when I told the woman to mind her business. The cashier replied " dont talk to my mother like that" and threatened to hit me. Someone called the police and when they got there they told her it was my right to request a refund if I wasnt happy with the service. I called the regional manager as well as the store manager on numerous occasions and my calls were never returned. Needless to say they dont care about their customers, they are extremely unprofessional, and I will never step foot back into that location.

This was the best tropical smoothie a few years ago. I noticed, tho, that it completely took a turn for the worst after Steve sold the franchise. The new owner is terrible. Now, the staff members seem to be lazy and they dont care about their job. The food takes forever now, and its usually not hot, soggy, or tasteless. When we order smoothies, they dont taste quite right sometimes. I cant say that i have never had a good experience at this store in the last few years, but they have become so far and few between that we avoid going there. The last straw was when we saw an employee take a big bag of melty ice and squeeze it out into the ice bin, she was not sure what to do with it, so she opened it on the counter and started using it. It grossed us out so bad, we decided to come to google to tell everyone about it. I think that if you want Tropical smoothie cafe, you should drive the few minutes across the mall and go to the one in Regency Square.

Ive come to this location for a long time and it has never been this bad. The service has gotten slower and worse as time has gone on. I was on a time crunch and went to get a quick smoothie. Ten minutes had past and I still didnt have my smoothie. Then people who ordered AFTER me started getting their orders. I asked one of the workers about my smoothie and they said they made it but that didnt explain why I didnt have it. They began to remake my smoothie. While I was waiting for another 10 minutes for the smoothie, I saw one of the employees use her UNGLOVED FINGER to wipe smoothie off the side of a cup and put it into the cup. Absolutely disgusting! Never want to order from this location again!

Went for lunch today waited 15mins to place my order when there was only one person in front of us. Three girls are standing behind the counter talking with only one person on the register. We asked if there was a way to open another register and they told is no. Then ended up opening it. We get are food and our sandwich was suppose to have bacon but no bacon was on it when we asked why we were told they were out of bacon. Isnt that something you should tell someone when they order. Also, purchased three smoothies 2 of them tasted like water and the other one was full of ice. By far the worst experience i have had. This services was horrible we will not be returning.

looks like its going out of business but the food is good and pretty quick even when its rush hour. Just confused as to where this place is heading , came in and there wasnt any cookies, fruit, or snacks on display and no juice, both coke and sprite were no avalible on the soft drink machine ...so yea I dont know if it is hard times but they gotta work on the appeal

I walked in and wasnt greeted and expected to be given an order and told a price. No customer service whatsoever. My item came with a choice of protein that was just chosen for me. Waited a long time to get the order. Horrible experience. Why not just go somewhere else?

2 days in a row I came for a morning smoothie and both days they forgot about my wrap until I reminded them of it. It wasnt busy at all, literally just me and one other person in the entire place with 3 workers.

The smoothies are great, lots of healthy options. They recently renovated the space and it looks bigger and more open, I like the wraps too, great place for lunch or a quick snack

Been coming here for more than 2 years now, never had any issues, staff is always welcoming and happy. My only gripe is that there is no grape or watermelon flavored smoothie

Very delicious smoothies! Chia Banana Boost with added strawberries is the best. Service is great when Mariah is working. She is so helpful when it comes to the menu.
