I knew as soon as I called Lynn at Bamboozle Tea Lounge to set up our Baby Shower, things were going to be great! This charming tea eatery in the Channelside locale is hard to beat. There were numerous tea flavors hot or iced. Several specialty drink choices added flare, as well . And the wonderfully fresh and edgy Asian fare was appealing to all. There were even yummy dessert options . Beautiful presentation and delicious choices for everyones tastes. The atmosphere was charming and relaxing and just perfect for a get together or a luncheon party. The efficient service, helpfulness and etiquette of the manager and staff were beyond expectations. My guests and "mommy to be" (who became a mommy now) were thrilled with our day at Bamboozle and would highly recommend this charming cafe. Thank you so much again to all at Bamboozle Tea Lounge !

My mom and I visited for the first time for the Mothers Day brunch that we had heard from the owners at the downtown location was going on. However, the staff at this location knew nothing of the event, did not know how to sell us the bulk tea that was listed, and were overall a bit confounded at many of our requests that were listed on their menus. However, the staff were all easy-going laughing and were excellent through out the visit doing their best to help. The food was excellent and the atmosphere cozy. I would definitely recommend the tea lounge on Channelside but maybe call ahead if your interested in bulk tea purchases!

The service was excellent, they guided us through the menu since it was are first time and were extremely friendly. The pho was some of the best I have had. Their summer roll selection is extensive and they are really good. We tried the traditional roll and my favorite part was the peanut sauce, most places it is usually too sweet but theirs is perfect. Finally their milk teas are perfect I got the matcha and my fiance got the almond. Great experience, would definitely return regularly if I didnt live in Orlando!

The food is good but today the service was terrible. It took an extra 30min after I got there for an online order that was placed 30minutes prior to my and my co workers arrival. It also had ingredients on it that I requested not be on it so I ended up not eating it. Better inventory management is nice as well because things seem to always be out when we are there. We enjoy coming here for lunch on the weekend but this makes us hesitant about coming back. Outside of that we usually enjoy coming here.

I hosted my best friends bridal shower here this past Sunday. Let me tell you, this is the place to have a small get together! The food was super fresh and delicious! The Tea and Sangria were very refreshing. From coordinating with Lynn for this special day to arriving and having the help of Robin, Noel and Tommie was great! Tommie was a HUGE help with hanging my decorations and taking them down for me. Thank you ALL so very much!

My friend Patsy likes to come here and so I go along. I have to get used to smaller lighter portions of food I guess. This type of food is all new to me but I am willing to open myself up to a new experience like this. I do like the Baby Noodle Salads and the teas are interesting. As long as Patsy likes to come here I will be with her. ;-) p.s. I wish they had free refills on the tea!

Again, everything about Bamboozle is great; the price and portions of the food to the cozy atmosphere. I had the kickin chicken vermicelli noodles, and although $8.50 was a dollar more than I would have liked (only item Ill criticize), it was tasty. The pho comes in a great portion at a great price, and the place in general puts a creative twist on Vietnamese food.

Food is superb and made fresh to order but expect to wait 30 minutes or more on food and/or drink regardless of peak times of busyness. I live in Channelside and they definitely have the best Taro Boba Milk Tea in the area, so if I do have downtime it is definitely worth the wait!

The staff here is top notch and its clear they take pride in the quality of work they do. Not to mention the food is great (the chicken banh mi is my favorite). Really just an excellent spot in a great urban space with lots of cool events throughout the week to bring people in.

Great bah mi, pho, and fresh salads. A word of warning when ordering online during lunch hours: the 20 wait is a bit optimistic. Its usually 40-50 minutes before your food will be ready. Its still worth the wait though!

The food here is amazing and it makes up for the lack of service the employees give. It takes them a while to prepare the food so give yourself ample time or call ahead and take out.

I got the kicking chicken rolls and a honeydew Smoothie, both were delicious, quickly served and reasonably priced. I will be coming back next time I visit Tampa, highly recommended.
