Not the type to review places, but boyyyyyyyy let me tell you...I appreciate GOOD FOOD and this was my first time trying this place and we ordered fried mushrooms, egg roll, Philly w/wedges, plus the grouper w/ veggies and rice...called in at 2:54am, food was at the door right at 3:30 ..it was HOT and excellent. And to think I almost didnt try it out bc of the messed up reviews on here. And on top of everything else, the food was seasoned BEAUTIFULLY! Which seems simple but its something I most definitely appreciate done right or even at all which for some reason certain establishments still struggle with. The delivery driver was chill...not trying to be funny but a lot of delivery drivers are mad sketchy and look like over grown a%% school shooter types (which honestly is quite off putting) that look scared to be in my neighborhood close to Washington st, even though virtually every street surrounding mine is now rebuilt and renovated to suit a middle to upper middle class white society because downtown has grown so much they decided to claim whole neighborhoods in order to accommodate 20 and 30 something white professional couples who want nice houses in a "trendy" neighborhood...can you say GENTRIFICATION. But then again, thats neither here nor there... .One more point to make...LATE NIGHT DELIVERY!!! If they can keep their costs in check and are consistent with serving up the level of quality and speed of service like I received, thats a million dollar business model right there. I wholeheartedly agree with those that will find this review excessive in nature, but the moral of the story is.....great job guys

So I ordered a Philly cheese steak with extra steak and cheese,and cheese sticks and cheese on my fries. The girl told me it would take 45 mins. It took over 75 mins. The order was suppose to be $21.75 when the delivery guy showed up he told me it was $28.75. Which wasnt a problem since I had waited forever for my food and I still have him a tip. When I got upstairs and opened my plate there was on cheese on my fries and my cheese sticks were cold and the cheese was congealed to my steak from being cold. I called back and spoke with Thomas. He told me there was nothing he could do till the next day and gave me the owners name Julio and jamela. Jamela gave me the run around and told me they wasnt replacing it I should have returned it that night but when I did THOMAS SAID THEY WERE TO BUSY!! I wasted $30 bucks for nothing what a waste. Never eat at this place

This place deserves a zero star rating. I paid $50 for a meal with my fiance and after waiting over an hour it arrived. I got fried chicken and it was off from the beginning. Soon after eating my stomach was turning and I wanted to go to sleep immediately. I woke up at 4 am throwing my guts up, having chills and sweating, feeling clammy, & even passing out on the floor. My fiance had to go to work and soon after he got home he called the negligent staff asked for the rude belittling owner. The owner called us stupid repeatedly and disregarded the fact that I have food poisoning. I will never waste money on such a disgusting place again. I also hope the ignorant staff continues to lose business until they realize that is not how you run a business.

I went there on the recommendation of a friend shortly after they opened. They have a lot of variety in their menu, and its all good. My group of friends has been going their at least once a week, and we often take in a crowd of 10 or more people. None of us has ever had anything there we didnt like, and they have a lot of choices so if youve been there before there is a is still something new to try. Their food ranges from Italian to Greek to Chinese. They have a huge variety of sides to go with your meal, and everything is filling. Also they are open late at night until around 2 or 3a.m., and they deliver. The prices are pretty normal for a sit down place around $8-$12 for most of the meals. If youre in the area give them a shot.

Service was terrible. We could hear the cooks in the kitchen yelling at each other or the server or whoever it was. But hearing the yelling was really awkward and uncomfortable. The food was mediocre at best. I ordered the hummus plate and my husband ordered a sub. They brought the hummus plate out first, but it took another 12min before they brought out the pita so I could actually eat it. I requested extra pita because they plate didnt come with enough. It took another 15min for the extra pita to come out. The food was just meh. Later that night I had a terrible stomach ache and felt nauseous. I dont know if it was from the food or not, but I suspect it was.

Ive had my fair share of dislikes about liberty cafe. The first time I was waiting in line for about 10-15 minutes while a delivery driver carried on a conversation with a customer, then skipped over me in line because he assumed me and the lady were together. Secondly I ordered a gyro platter last night and for the price I was very disappointed. It consisted of about 5 pieces of pita bread and some kind of greasy meat that resembled processed cubed steak cut into strips. It should have been called pita chips and meat. Last but not least the management team here is rude, and unforgiving of their mistakes.

I have ordered from Liberty several times because they deliver late, and that is nice for third shifters. A few days ago was the last time I will ever give this business any of my money. I bit down on a piece of metal in my food. It took a few days to get in touch with the manager for him to only treat me like a crazy person trying to get $12 from him. He wasnt apologetic or concerned at all, which would have made me feel better about possibly ordering from there again. He was the rudest business owner I have ever spoken with as a customer. Keep your money, it might save your teeth.

Had food delivered my address here in Taylors NUMEROUS times and all of a sudden they dont deliver here. When explaining the rude unprofessional employee that I have had food delivered here plenty of times before his only response was "sorry thats too far..." Taking it a step further (with me being a paying customer who spends $60 each time I place an order) I spoke to the owner and he agreed with the employee and said "they wasnt suppose to deliver here or somet because its 7.9 miles away..." Customer Service SUCKS!

Had to return food today because my neice left my place to go to work after ordering without leaving her card and Id. However Im a regular customer so I just called and asked them to replaced the money back on the card but they shouldnt take the order when the delivery address was different from the card zipcode/address.

Food: excellent! Service: TERRIBLE! In over 2 years and over 10 times there, weve never had a friendly, courteous server. Several times have been downright awful. Sometimes we hear the staff arguing, swearing in the kitchen. But the food selection and quality combined with the late night hours have us coming back.
