Beyond disappointed. As guests at a nearby hotel we were excited to learn that this highly rated bistro delivered. Delivery wasnt an option because the attendant couldnt verify if they did indeed deliver to Homewood Suites less than .4 mile away. So I opted for carryout. The attendant struggled with comprehending the menu and I had to read her the prices from the online site and clarify my order multiple times in between the 3 times she put me on hold. I was told it would be a 60 - 70 min wait for 1 spaghetti and 1 penne and two desserts. (It ended up being an hour and 20 minutes) I shared my frustration with a waitress once I arrived. She had to step in to help me because the attendant was too busy wrapping silverware to acknowledge the customers gathering at the counter. She listened and did apologize. Got back to the hotel to find that the food was barely warm. The bread was wrapped in foil and had "steamed" itself - yuck. My daughter was two bites in before she noticed a spot of mold on the breads edge. I will say the chocolate cake was the highlight of the meal but all else was average at very best. I soooo wanted to love this place but it was a horrible experience. Def need to fire the young lady working the phone / desk.

We came to this restaurant once and had an amazing experience, the owner came out and greeted us and we got into a deep conversation about his food and you could see the passion that he had for his restaurant. The food that day was awesome and we were so excited to return. Upon our return the owner was out and the people that work there were a total let down, they messed up our order and the waitress was rude, she asked us if we wanted our order corrected and even tried to argue with us. When we asked where the owner was she stated he was traveling in Dubai. It makes me terribly sad that he would obviously have to remain there for his restaurant to be good. If this second time was my first time I would never return. Im extremely disappointed by the staff there, if you do by chance catch the owner there then you will be getting good quality italian food.

My wife and I stayed at a hotel nearby and placed a delivery order online. It took about an hour for the food to arrive - which Id say is average for delivery. Upon inspection, the pizza had not been made as requested, and there was a salad missing. I went to it to call in the mistake and noticed a missed call - it was from the pizzeria calling to confirm the online order? I didnt think that was necessary, but Im guessing their online service may be new. In the end the order was corrected and they had the correct food out to us within 15 minutes. I liked that they took care of the problem so quickly - although it shouldnt have been a problem to begin with. The food was okay - we ordered the Five Top Special, buffalo wings and a salad. I dont feel the quality matched the price.

This place is amazing! My family and I (wife 4 kids) try to go here at least twice a month. Their Alfredo and Penne Milanese are so good it is absurd. They take a little while to make because they prepare the sauce as it is ordered. The Pizza is amazing too. the ingredients just taste better. The only thing I would change is the side bread that comes with the pasta dishes, make it a baguette, sour dough, or Italian bread. I will continue to go to this place as long as it is open. I do know that they get crazy busy on Thursday - Sunday due to the movie theatre being right next door, so take out orders may take a little longer than normal. Your best bet is to just go have a seat and enjoy the food hot as it came out of the kitchen.

Dont order the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo! Stick to the pizza. Just ordered the pasta thinking it would be as good as the pizza I tried a while back, but boy was I wrong. The sauce was watery and kind of bland like it came out of a jar or something. The chicken was seasoned, but didnt help the flavor of the dish much. The best thing about the meal was the bread. Also, the lady who took my order was pleasant over the phone, but she seemed dis interested in being at work when I walked in. She wasnt rude but very transactional. However, I do appreciate that the restaurant was spotless. Just dont waste your money on the pasta.

Went inside because my Daughter had to go to the bathroom. Smelled incredible in there. We left went shopping and ended up coming back for lunch with my entire family. Wait was a bit long, but food was Fantastic!! My Boys ordered pizza and loved it. My Daughter ordered chicken wings and ate all of them. My Husband, My Aunt and I all ordered italian dishes; Spaghetti and Meatballs, Stuffed Shells, and Eggplant Parmesan. We all were stuffed and enjoyed every bite. My aunt and I even brought home leftovers. We ate it the next day and it was still as delicious as the day we ordered it!!! Will Visit Again!!!

For a while I thought Pomodoros & Pizza Haven were the best, then I tried More Italian. Pomodoros & Pizza Haven are great & certainly beat out the rest, but More Italian is exceptional. They know what theyre doing. If youre vacationing in FL, or are new to town, or just have yet to give them a try, this is the pizza place youre looking for. (Oh, & how could I forget Cappys in Riverview?? Theyre amazing as well. Possibly equally so, but cant quite remember because theyre a little further away for me.) You wont regret your decision to eat a pizza at More Italian.

I mean yeah the pizza is alright, but the prices are just ridiculous. $25 for a pizza and garlic bread? Plus, the lady working there was rudely sarcastic about money, and seemed like that is all she was there for. She didnt seem happy to serve us with polite customer service, but rather she wanted us to splurge as much as possible. I remind you that I am only 17, and dont make a whole lot of money, so I did not appreciate this. I think she was very unprofessional. The pizza was good, but there are other better pizza places around that dont make me feel unwelcomed.

They have, hands down the best white pizza ( white specialty pizza that is) in the brandon area. The service is a little slow at times but only when its packed, but other then that they are very friendly. Thier menus prices are over priced so I dont eat thier alot but when I do I always get a slice of their white specialty pizza (thats a white pizza with extra toppings) and when they are out of slices I order a pie of it because it definitely will not go to waste. I would give them a higher ratings but thier menu prices are not food cost times three.

The service is ridiculously slow for both dine in or phone orders. There is always staff available but poorly managed. The food is good but not worth the wait. Ordered 2 subs to go and it took 45 minutes, only 2 other families in the restaurant eating pizza. The Last time I phoned in an order 1 hr in advance, I arrived, paid and waited another 45 minutes for food. I said Then i would never eat here again. One year later after a movie I said lets give it another chance as things always change. Guess what...not this place.
