The Pizza House name doesnt describe how nice and clean everything is here. I like the fact that the food quality is high. After I eat here I feel good and nourished not like Im going to die after eating Dominos. Better than good pizza, calzones, subs, and pastas(I only name the ones Ive tried so far)! Italian food that is out of this world. At first all I ever ate was the super sub because its what the owner John suggested when I asked him. He is usually standing at the register smiling because hes running one awesome restaurant over there in Powdersville. Forget about Dominos, Pizza Hut, and other junk fast food, get the real deal and try anything its sure to be good. My go-to here for Lunch is the Super Sub with extra bacon, no mayo, and a side of Greek dressing to dip it in (the best lunch ever). I skip mayo it makes me feel sluggish instead I use the homemade Greek dressing in order to keep my energy level up for the rest of my work day(they have goood sweet tea it helps too). My go-to here for Dinner is anything pasta or pizza(I eat whats on the menu at night and I enjoy it). Pizza house is a family oriented place with a nice atmosphere that allows parents, couples, and singles to relax in comfortable seats and enjoy their favorite Italian foods. I never write big big reviews with 5 stars like this one and if a place is not up to par I will not write a review at all usually. Im local from Greenville and I drive to Powdersville to eat here a few times a month at least. If you didnt know now you know. Theyre going to need to start taking reservations once people from Greater Greenville find out about this place.

Amazing food! I was traveling by and was looking for somewhere to eat that wasnt fast food and stumbled across this place. Overall it was very nice with great service but thats not what stood out. Everything that came out from the kitchen tasted amazing. The only reason I say amazing is because I dont know a word that shows a better reaction to what I was tasting. It was that good! It is very tempting to take a road trip just to eat here a couple of times a year. If you ever get the chance to eat here I would not turn it down. I can guarantee you will not regret it.

Hate to be mean but there is very little that is Greek or even good Italian about this place. Very disappointing as the isnt much to chose from on 153. Been three times and each time has something wholly lacking. Prolems ordering basic garlic bread even. Cafeteria grade salad, subpar pizza. I think having a very young staff doesnt help too much with our confidence level. I couldnt even talk my wife into going here tonight for a basic cheese pizza. They need to bring in some authentic Greek and Italian cooks.

The new owner has really made a big difference. We originally went to the Pizza house a couple years ago and we were not impressed and didnt go back. Then one day about 6 months ago we didnt know where to go for lunch and decided to give it another shot, glad we did. We now go there about once a week. Great salads, the BBQ pizza is really good and the chocolate cheesecake is made at the store and is excellent.

John has been the owner for about 3 years and has turned the restaurant around producing higher quality food and handling volume better than ever. He makes sure you have a consistent experience that is family friendly as well as enjoyable anytime of day, Lunch and Dinner. The staff are great and enjoy their jobs. Its rare to see the love that they put into their work every day. Its a fantastic place to be.

Me and my boyfriend just moved back to Greenville from Augusta, GA. It was spectaculiar luck when we stumbled upon the Pizza House. Their house special pizza is great, calzones are great, their cheesecake was "out of this world." I read the reviews below and am astounded. I think a lot must have changed since 2009. We are fans and will continue to come back over and over again. Excellent!

My family eats here at least once a week. Im not sure what the few people who hated it are talking about because the food and service is great. Id say its authentic greek food considering the owner is from Greece. Also, the portions are huge. We typically get two meals out of our visits. Nice, clean environment. Theres a pretty wide range of food to pick from and everything tastes fresh!

Amazing food. Me and my wife are very picky about are good and we both love it. I havent got anything yet that wasnt perfict and the staff are amazing. One of the best places to eat in the upstate. There prices are very reasonable as well, 35 for my family of 3.

The pizza was OK. . But if you are gonna be a Greek restaurant your gyros should be off the spindle not present packaged... our waitress was funny and answered all purpose questions. We will be back. Oh and the wings were out of this world

The Italian Antipasto salad is amazing and I love the Souvlaki platters, especially the Gyros. The fries are very tasty and a Souvlaki platter is more than enough for one person. My daughter says the white pizza is the best shes had before.

This is the best pizza around. They have good specials, the prices are good, and service is outstanding. Ive had the pizza, wings, gyro, salad, and Stromboli from here and all were outstanding. Well worth a visit if youve never been.

Best Italian place anywhere around Powdersville. Pizza is amazing and so is the pasta. Friendly staff, always willing to make sure you get exactly what you want. The best spinach dip Ive ever had anywhere! Great desserts too.
