I was not really impressed with this restaurant. We went about 3 in the afternoon, so we were seated very quickly. It was a good 5 mins before our waitress came to our table. There was a new, iPad looking gadget on the table that we were starting to wonder if we were supposed to use this to let our waitress know we were ready. She finally came and we tried to order mozeralla sticks for an appetizer. She told us they were out. So we ordered a different one. We ordered our food and she went to put our orders in. A couple minutes later she came back to tell us they were out of the entree I had ordered. I found another to try. I was very disappointed though. Had it been later on after a dinner rush, I could really understand them being out of several items on the menu, but not in the middle of the afternoon. I likely will not be going back to this location. It wasnt our waitress fault, and she apologized several times, but still. It wasnt my best experience.

My friend and I went to lunch today I got the all you can eat soup salad and bread...we sat in the "smoking section" as it did not have a wait. The waitress took our order and brought out the food and didnt return for an extended period of time mind you she was just standing Infront of us at the bar on her phone. She came back I asked for more soup and salad she brings it as Im half way through that one she brings the checks and fails to return again from Infront of us standing at the bar on her phone for a long time... I was not done eating yes I may be very tiny but I eat a lot so finally after an hour of being there and still being hungry we left. She also kept putting the dishes on the table next to us that she had already piled full of dishes from before and honestly thats extremely gross. I probably will not be going back again!

The food is pretty good dont get me wrong! I love nearly every dish served the staff are excellent and they are good with kids. Supper is great the meal usually pretty tasty and arrives in a timely manner. Lunch is amazing ordering just salad, soup and an appetizer is quite excellent and it doesnt take up too much time. The problem is the price $$$ in todays economy it just isnt reasonable really. This is one of those places that you can go to (at least for the middle income households) maybe 3 times a year if your lucky. In the end I guess I still have this dislike for restaurants that cater to your higher end families. I cant see how a place like this will compete long when there are other amazing restaurants nearby that are willing to work more with your middle and even low income families.

Im not the type to write a review but pretty unhappy with my experience. The service could have been better. We were sit by the bar on 4-3-17 and was sitted with few other tables at the same time. Me and my wife love the salad and bread sticks with being a reason we like go to olive garden. After we order, our salad came a good 30 minutes later with no refill on drinks even after she adknowledge that we need a refill. The food come 5 minutes after the salad and yet still no bread sticks after she say was bringing them out. She finally got some bread sticks after we were done eating. Now its not like the olive garden is a cheap restaurant but you would think you get some good service with the prices that come with it.

In a word, consistency. If you have a great product and many locations, you need company wide consistency in food Taste and quality. Olive Garden has that in droves. I dine at Olive Garden throughout the year in several states do I know any location will bring out the same scrumptious lasagna, fettuccine Alfredo and other favorites. My personal lunchtime favorite is their unlimited soup salad and bread sticks meal. The only improvement I can suggest is for the salads to be greener. Most of the time, the iceberg lettuce used is pale. But I quickly forget about such things after my 2nd bowl of Tuscano soup. Mmmm

My wife and I went here Saturday night about 5:30pm and there were already people waiting outside for a table. I asked how long the wait would be and was told 35 min. I saw chairs open at the bar area and a table in that area that had just become available. I asked about the bar area and was told that they did not reserve that area. It was first come first served. We were able to get the table in the bar area. The young lady that served us was great and the new stuffedshells were also. Thumbs up!

Went last Friday for the get one take one. Told waitress when ordering the take one item. After meal was finished and paid for, I was told the take one item was not ready. She stated they had to make it. 25 mins later was told it was still not ready. Tried to get me to take something else. Give me a break, it was only spaghetti and meatballs sauce. This is the second time this exact same thing has happened here. Finally left with no take-home. Will not return!

Poor service, very long wait, had to ask multiple times for dessert menu and kids cup, horrible smoking situation, been waiting twenty minutes, and counting, for our desserts to arrive, didnt even have one clean table when we arrived. Only good thing about it was the taste of the food, at least what I could taste over the overwhelming taste of tobacco smoke burning my throat and lungs from across the building.

Ive only eaten at this location once and it was great. We were seated in an area that was a little off to the side and I think we were forgotten about for a minute. But after that the waitress more than made up for the bit of a wait that we had. The food was excellent and the conversation with my son was even better. We had a really good time and the staff helped to make it happen. Thanks for a memorable meal.

Cherrydale olive garden is the best one in the upper state. Trust me on this because i have tried them all. Excellent service and great waiters. If u eat here u just have to ask for Stephanie to wait on u. The sweetest girl in Dixie. Jeremy is also a top waiter as well. If u dont come here then shame on u. You have really missed out on this special atmosphere. Trust me on this. I love this place.z

My family of 3 stopped in at 3:45 p.m. on a Friday on our drive from Atlanta heading to Charlotte. We all ordered soup, salad and breadsticks. Two of the soups arrived cold and only 2 salad plates were delivered. The 3rd soup was not yet "ready". We asked for hot soup, more napkins and before we could ask for hot bread sticks, our waiter took off. Horrible service!! No need to return!!

Been here twice in the last year with my girlfriend/fiancee and had a great time on both occasions. After getting engaged on Sunday, we went here to celebrate, and they went the extra mile and gave us a complimentary slice of cheesecake, even writing congrats with the fudge drizzle. Thankful for an establishment that is willing to do little things like that. Highly recommended.
