I love Wing Stop, go there almost EVERY SUNDAY, most of the employees know my order by heart, BUT TODAY they were insanely rude and irrational!... they were out of Unsweetened Tea, and since my girlfriend cant drink soda, she was forced to drink water, I took it upon myself to buy the tea next door, came back, and sat down while we waited for our order. When I sat down the skinny blonde cashier demanded that I leave because Im not allowed to have a drink from another place in their dinning area... I let her know what the situation was, (that she was out of tea) but she did not seem to care, called whom I think was the manager, and in a louder tone, asked me to leave. I asked her what was the issue, and she literally said "We want our customers to spend their money on our drinks, you have to buy a drink here." I angrily told her "No, were going to stay here, put the drink in one of your cups if you want, but this makes no sense to me, you are OUT OF THE TEA I ORDERED"... seriously wtf is wrong with these people, TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH MORE RESPECT, AND MAKE AN EXCEPTION FOR A CUSTOMER THAT GOES TO YOUR LOCATION SO OFTEN!!!...THEY DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO APOLOGIZED OR SAY EXCUSE ME OR ANYTHING, I SHOULD HAVE GOT MY MONEY BACK AND THROW THE DAMN TEA IN THEIR FACES, RUDE LITTLE PRICKS. And another complaint while Im at it, they are always pretending to close earlier then what their hours say on the site or what use to be on the door, Im guessing they want to save a little bit of money at the end of the night but this is going to drive MORE customers AWAY...

I stopped by with some friends, because we did not want to eat a big meal, did not wish to go to a restaurant, and had some business to discuss. The place was super clean, busy but not loud at all, we received service immediately and when wings arrived we were impressed by their taste and quality and learned that we actually were hungry. Now, we are not that kind of people which look for a golden handles, marble bathrooms and server smiling at us while listing meals that we never heard of (my friends are from Russia and I served in the Russian army myself), but that place was very clean, smelled fresh, our bill was surprisingly low even though we ordered beer, which was excellent by the way, unlike tap water or old beer served in many other places, which have no idea what beer should taste like, there were no annoying waiters: they got everything perfect the first time around, and then just asked once if everything was okay. On my scale of 1-10 this place is definitely 11.

Food service food quality everything about this business has went down the drain since the business has been sold to the new owner I have been a customer for at least 4 years at least once every two weeks I buy family meals 50 pieces or better so I spend a nice amount of money eating in or taking out today I was very disappointed and have been several times I decided to complain today after ordering 100 piece Family Pack and when I complained there was excuse after excuse obviously nothing was done about my complaint the mild wings I ordered were beyond hot "spicy" the fries I received were cold like they were cooked before my wings, everything about my food was just horrible I will no longer be a customer here and dont suggest anybody to become one.

So the day is 7/1/17 and we need to get a load of wings to feed us. Closest place is wing stop, so we look online and they have a deal for 50 wings and 2 sides. Done deal, 50 well done classic wings, cajun fries and coleslaw all to go. We got four sauces for the order, I recommend you try the Louisiana Rub or Hawaiian if you have not had them yet. The reason I did not post the 5 star is because I think there is always room to improve, in this case I think they made the fries first so they were a tad on the room temperature side. Nothing the oven cant fix.

I am a regular customer at this wingstop, I go at least twice a week. Today I ordered my wings and fries well done, and I did not get my wings the way I ordered them. I asked politely to get my food done correctly and the manager refused. So I asked for a refund and he all so refused I went as far as having to call the police to get my money back. I have NEVER such disrespect in my life. I also called the corporate office so they know how there customers are being treated. I will never spend another penny this place. They have lost a valued customer.

Ordered all flats online. Paid extra for all flats. After waiting 20 minutes over the time it was supposed to be ready someone approached and told me they didnt have all flats to give. I asked if they were all out, he told me they were just trying to get rid of drums because they had more of those than flats. So they had them but didnt want to give them and made the wait even longer. They refunded the difference for flats, but thats a huge turnoff that they would refuse it. Probably wont be back. They were nice about it, so theres that?

Today I had the worst experience in the 9 years i being going there. I order the boneless 10 piece chicken wings, while im waiting for the order to come out i see the employee who is working on my order drop one piece under the counter and putting it on my plate are you serious that is so disgusting i told everybody on the store,after getting a new order i got my extra large fries for witch i paid extra small, i have to complain again,Is this place is under a new Management they better get their act together,not going there again....

I have been going to Wingstop for years now and never had a problem until I went to the Coconut Creek location. This Wingstop claims they are open until 11 o clock. TWO times I have been denied from ordering takeout at 10:20 and 10:30 in the past week because the staff closed up early. If you advertise on the door you are open until 11, then you shouldnt be turning people away at 10:30. I guess they are doing so well that they can afford to turn away customers. I wont ever be going back.

Weve been here a bunch of times over the years. We remember Wing Stop being really tasty with great service. I guess at that time management was running a well oiled machine! These days, not so much. The last time we were there, we walked into a bunch of employees horsing around behind the counter while we were standing there like zombies ready to order and no one acted on it. Just a weird experience... Who manages this place anyway?

Ive eaten there a bunch of times they always treated me good, I eat at the one on Hillsboro, had it dine in and take out always good, I also eat at the one in Nashville for years it was good to, cant say that there the best as in Nashville there was many wing places they might of been in the top ten, but in Florida I just havent eaten wings at that many wing places, will eat there again for sure.
