Came for my birthday dinner. We asked for a drink- they were out of stock. We asked for another type- they were out of stock. We asked for a third type- they were out of stock. Ordered for my sister who is 8 at the very beginning along with a drink. Her meal came last and her drink came even later. Mac and cheese with lemonade came after the adults received their dishes. On top of that I had to ask where her food is and then had to find the server and ask where her lemonade is. The waiter/server was hard to get to- he came by looking as though he was doing us a favor by being there that night. We asked for regular drinks and he brought us the wrong ones. When we asked for the ones we ordered- he said there is nothing canned or bottled other than beer. The plates were too pricey for the presentation of the dish. I was expecting so much more from a place that promises a journey for your taste buds. The food was a monotone slop- as though rushed to fling everything on the plate. There was no cohesion- nothing to tie all the elements together. Since I couldnt find the server, I got up and found a hostess and asked for sauce- she asked another server to bring it to us and I watched as she rolled her eyes when looking at our table. Maybe she doesnt want to do something for someone elses table or isnt assigned to ours- but its sauce. No one asked her to make it from scratch. Anyway, neither the hostess nor the waitress brought anything- they kept walking around and we sat there staring at them back and forth waiting for the sauce to go with the dry steak. Our waiter/server finally came by and brought the sauce half way through the meal. I turned to see the table behind me with bottled mineral water-which we were not offered as a "bottled drink" choice. Also, the server went over the menu extensively with the table next to us and introduced himself to them- this is something he failed to do with us and only then did I realize how unprofessional this place is. My father who likes dessert said a quick just check please. He couldnt wait to get out of there. The server smiled only on one occasion---when we were giving him the check with tip and even then the smile came after he opened the booklet and peered inside. Suffice it to say- not going back there. Ever.

Came here last night for my bosss birthday dinner with his family and it was a horrible dining experience. Our server was either high and couldnt do his job, or he just shouldnt be a server at all. He messed up one of our orders, the filet mignon, and without even apologizing or asking if we wanted something else instead, he simply took it and didnt come back for 10 minutes to tell us they were making a new one. We waited and waited, by that point everyone else had eaten except the one who ordered the filet mignon. By the time we had paid, her dinner hadnt even come out yet. Of course, they CHARGED us for the meal, you know, the meal one of the people at the table ordered and had yet to eat. By this point my boss was furious, his two kids (2 and 4) were getting irritated of sitting down for such a long time and were basically screaming, one of the people at the table hadnt even had dinner, our server was clueless and missing, and of course, they had charged us. He decided to call the manager over, Demonte, who was also clueless and told us that "had he been aware" of the issue he wouldve tried to handle it. Seriously? What kind of management oversees this restaurant? He then proceeded to offer us vouchers for NEXT TIME and a slice of key lime pie... Mind you, a SLICE. Overall, my boss walked out of the restaurant saying this had been the worst birthday dinner he had ever had. What was supposed to be a delicious and fun night out with friends and family turned into a headache. I doubt we be coming back anytime soon, at least not while Demonte is working and overseeing the restaurant.

I had the extreme pleasure of working with Kristen Verdi to plan a graduation celebration for my Pearl Girlz organization at the Aventura Bonefish Grill Private Room. It was apparent from the moment we began the process, Kristens attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction was unmatched and would ensure a successful event. She certainly went the extra mile to personally oversee the arrangement of the room, decorations, personalized menus, AV equipment, and directives to the staff were nothing short of amazing! The parents, students, guests, NMB Mayor & City Officials raved about the dining experience and the professionalism with which this event was hosted. The City Clerk called me on the following Monday to request Kristen and Shannons information as they are very interested in hosting future meetings and events in the private room. I also attended the Aventura & NMB Young Professionals luncheon in the private room and yet again, the food, service, and staff were simply fantastic!!! I look forward to planning and attending many more events at the Aventura location and will recommend this restaurant to many of my business associates and colleagues in the area. Thank you SO much the entire Bonefish Grill team for helping to create memories that will last a lifetime! Best, Joyce L. Davis

The best Bonefish I have ever visited! I love the atmosphere, perfect for a night out with my girls or for bringing my family to dinner. Tuesday nights they have a price fix menu special and Wednesday nights are 6$ bang bang Shrimp nights. Its super busy during those times as well as the weekends so when I come during these times I have a few drinks and already know there will be a wait, however it is worth it. The service is always exceptional and the food is consistently delicious. Its funny reading the other reviews that trash the restaurant, some people have ridiculous expectations. You dont come on the busiest nights of the week with every table full (which Ive seen now each weekend or Tuesday night Ive been here) and complain when you dont get things immediately or "cold salad plates" without looking like a high maintenance dimwit! Obviously if the place is jumping they gotta do what they gotta do to serve you and the hundred other people in the place!! Have some common sense and relax!! Keep it up Bonefish staff! You rock!!

We went on a Tuesday night, and our server was very nice but the service was horrible due to lack of proper management. It took 20 minutes to get our drinks. I had to go to the bar to get waters for the table, as well as our second round of drinks. Our salads came out warm due to freshly washed plates, and the soup was cold. I had to eat the soup with a plastic spoon due to no clean spoons in the restaurant. The chicken came out without the spinach and artichokes on it since the the restaurant was out of those ingredients apparently. They were out of lots of things. We were uninformed of that, and received an incomplete meal. I was about ready to go into the kitchen to serve my own food. I will say that the manager was kind enough to comp the chicken dish. As management, if you know you are crowded on Tuesdays due to a special menu, wouldnt you be smart enough to order enough food so you wont run out, and hire enough servers to accommodate the crowd??? Overall a bad experience and the food was sub-par.
