We stayed on beautiful Hutchinson Island for three days, and ate here for two of those days. The food is incredible, very innovative and fresh. My husband and I had their wild caught salmon and scallops that were out of this world. It came with the best red beans and rice weve ever had plus french fries that were cooked with truffle oil and then a dusting of Parmesan cheese was added. The next night we had appetizers. The first was beef satay, then potato skins stuffed with grilled shrimp and other ingredients. Both were so wonderful. We also had their spinach salad (with true baby spinach) and grilled chicken and a beautiful spicy ranch dressing. The staff are super and very nice. Thank you Katie and Sam for taking such good care of us. Their wine prices are very reasonable. We love their outdoor tiki bar that overlooks the water. Every night they have live music and both nights we were there the music was perfect for background and the musicians are talented.

The restaurant was understaffed and we had a 25 min wait for a table even though there were empty tables all over. Our boiled shrimp and coconut shrimp apps were great. My husband had the catch of the day which was overcooked and dry. My daughter had the grilled chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese. The chicken was overcooked and pretty sparse in size. I ordered the Angus burger well done with cheese. It was not quite well done. We all laughed that two of the meals were overcooked yet the well done burger was not cooked enough. My granddaughter wanted fried shrimp which they did not offer on the menu. Upon asking the waitress told us they could do the fried shrimp for $3.00 extra making a kids meal $8.00 and then they charge you $2.25 for the kids drink. The service sucked, we were there twice as long as everyone as our waitress kept vanishing for long periods at a time. We almost did not go as our last experience was not good. Great view but not worth eating at.

First time here and new to living on Hutchinson Island so we are looking for new spots to hang out. We walked in to pleasant music and it was busy which is fine considering it was happy hour and a Friday. Didnt have a problem with that. Tried to talk to a waitress about if there was a wait list or what and was totally ignored, and she was just standing there wiping her hands off. So next we approach the bar and I say hi to bartender we make eye contact and she ignores me. So, the next bartender who walked over and just stood there is say excuse me and put my hand up and he looks at me and just starts up a conversation with the guy who is right next to me! 3rd strike and your out!!! I tried. Went to the Square Grouper which is awesome. Gave 2 stars for the musician only! Wow. Go somewhere else people.

Went there earlier today with a party of six, arriving shortly before 5:00 PM. Waitress seemed impatient to take orders. When placed, my wife was very specific as to her order, requesting no onions in preparation of her meal (veal) as she is allergic. Lengthy wait for arrival of food. Five of the six meals were lukewarm at best and my wifes veal was found to contain onions. Manager arrived after being consulted by waitress, offering only to reheat the cold meals and to have the onions removed from my wifes, which she later told would have been no better than a breaded piece of cardboard. We all declined, ate most of our meals and left after paying the checks. We live within walking distance of this restaurant and do not plan to return.

Looking for somewhere new to dine on a boring Easter Sunday afternoon we happened upon this place. Arriving at 5:15 in the afternoon we were informed that the restaurant was closed and would be reopening at 6 oclock which was a let down but instead of calling it quits and going elsewhere we decided to take a stoll down the paves walkway heading towards the Atlantic which ended up being a great thing. Returning to the restaurant we found it open and ready for business so we went in and ordered. I had the Grouper Ruben and it tasted good but it was a little dry. Being from Chicago Ive become accustomed to wet, greasy, dripping Rubens that you just cant stop digging into. Would we return to this restaurant? Yes. Did you enjoy it? Yes.

Was a little wary of eating here because the restaurant that used to be in this place was awful in every category. Ive been here 3 times now and have never been disappointed. At the first visit we were a party of 16 and the restaurant and bar were absolutely full. Our waiter (who had several other tables) was very attentive. All the food was delivered promptly. The food exceeded our expectations, it was perfectly prepared and of high quality. Everything has been equally good on subsequent visits. Its not cheap, but it is still good value.

Stopped in unplanned... had the best seat in the house out on the deck to see the sunset! The ribeye I ordered was cooked nicely at the recommendation of the waitress and the side of red beans and rice was great. Wine selection was better than what I was expecting but served in glasses too small for the price. Waiting service was average to below both in the bar and for the meal - polite but sparse. I would go back but will explore other options before doing so...

Service was lovely, waitress was attentive and friendly. Two of us had the fish and chips, substituting french-fries for the potato chips (since traditionally thats what the "chips" are in this particular combo). The batter on the fish was crisp and light, and quite tasty. The french fries were crisp, and a cut between steak-fries and shoestring. The wedge salad was typical wedge salad. The ambiance is always nice, and the views of the inlet quite captivating.

Not great, not even good... Sat quickly, got the wrong order, missing silverware for one of our party, food was edible but not anything Id ever pay for again, drinks werent refilled, our partys special diets werent accommodated after notification to the wait staff, ordered drinks werent served. We had a long day at the beach, and were in no mood to argue or wait for meals to be fixed. The next tables over had similar experiences.

Food and view were great. We had steamed shrimp, coconut shrimp, tilapia, and the Baja fried fish tacos, all was good. Fish tacos were meaty with tangy vinager pickled cabage served with rice and beans and only $7! Had nice friendly quick service from Emily. Kids played on the grass and rocks by the inlet, great photos. Only complaint: all windows and door to waterfront were closed so the waterfront feeling was a little lost.

Not all its cracked up to be. Went with my mother and 3 kids 7,9,11. Food was decent fish tacos great, kids food fine. Waiter was impatient, order water for table brought back 2 plastic cups. Decent wine selection but served in a mini-glass and a very small pour and steep price for casual atmosphere. Probably would not go back. Too bad... Stuart really needs some good places on the water
