Es un lugar muy agradable para tomar unos tragos en Miramar ya que no hay demasiados lugares para salir por esta zona, las vistas al lago y la amplitud del restaurante son buenas. El problema fue la espera de la comida. Pedimos un guacamole y tardo más de 45 minutos en llegar. Luego una hamburguesa y vino sin queso. La calidad de la comida es normal. Es un bar de deportes, con muchas pantallas. Los tragos están buenos. Muchos tipos de cerveza y coktails

THE GOOD: - Great Beer Selection. - Great Liquor Selection. - Mac & Cheese Appetizer Balls to die for! - big facility with plenty of Tvs to watch any sport event possible. - TVs are well positioned. You can see sport activity from any seating position in the restaurant. - outside terrace seating options by lake. - Plenty of Parking THE BAD: - This is a place to enjoy sports... do not expect cuisine level food. - Unless you are looking for a spectacular place to watch sports, do not expect a five star service for your Mom on Mothers day! - This is a loud location when important games are happening. So do not go here if you are planning a romantic dinner! THE UGLY: - You can expect a full house on important events. This is a place I would continue to go to, and recommend. I feel in my experience the facilities are perfects for sport event watching.

The place was absolutely packed and very loud. Im talking like you have to shout to the person next to you so you can have a conversation loud -- this however might have been due to the fact that an MMA fight was going on that night on TV and all the screens and speakers were blaring it out. I didnt catch the name of our server that night, but he needs a mention in this review because he was fantastic. He was attentive, polite and very friendly; treated you as if you have been life long pals and it just created a pleasant atmosphere. Most waiters I deal with make it super awkward. I recommend getting the cookie and ice-cream dessert, its an absolute must. Its a large warm, soft cookie served with vanilla bean ice-cream and its to die for. ITS NOT MEANT FOR ONE PERSON THOUGH. I made that mistake and had to force my boyfriend to help me eat it.

Ate here two days in a row because its close to work. Hostesses were nice, but the place was totally empty. Two days in a row the food took over 40 minutes to arrive. Nachos on day one and fish tacos/buffalo chicken sandwich on day 2. Both days we were apologized to for our wait. Today the manager came (no identification he was so) and apologized again. When food finally arrived, it was missing some of the order. Its a great spot on the water but clearly something is going on to have this poor of service. They offered drink cupons as compensation and apologized profusely again as we left. We wont be coming back though. It seems like a great location and space, but until things change, thats all it will be. Hope it turns around.

Ordered for delivery via Ubereats, arrived pretty much as scheduled. Charrasco steak came with some weird version of chimichurri. The steak itself was well prepared. A build your own burger with a total price of 18.00 came with the wrong cheese and no bacon. An upcharge on wings that was required, was ignored so we paid extra for all drums and got mixed. The Philly CHeese was ordered with no mushrooms but mushrooms were included. The New England Clam Chowder was heavy on salt but otherwise okay. Two sodas= 2.99 for a Mountain Dew that had no syrup in it and 3.99 for a Diet Pepsi. No regular Pepsi offered. All together this was a $92.00 experience in dont order from Bokampers.

The boneless wings were hard as a rock, the ribs were horrible and clam chowder, the waitress was very nice but unfortunately their cooking is horrible (dissatisfied customer) No stars - it doesnt let you post 0 stars Its funny how the owner responds to positive reviews but none to 0 stars instead of replying to positive do something about the negative and take care of your business with employing a better manager and cook for God sakes when there are no sports to watch the place is empty and the waitresses are all chatting instead of making things more smooth instead of making customers wait for burned food will not go there again.

This is a review directed to the management at Bokampers. The review would actually be better but as I sit here outside at Bokampers reading the reviews I see a review made a month ago where the customer complains about the floors being sticky and disgusting. In your response you told them that you would assess the situation and take care of it right away. Here I am a month later and I have the same comment that the floor is sticky and disgusting and it smells like beer and puke. So Ill give you guys one more chance to clean the floors outside or else we will never be back! Thanks Michael

Very nice and exotic environment, however, it is a sports bar and grill that doesnt play local games etc unless begged. Food and drinks are pricey and would be reasonable if it was a real sports bar. Another South Florida Sports bar that leaves you disappointed. It would be a great club if they remove the seats and reduce their menu. Sad since it carries the name of a former Dolphins Defensive End but the staff and management doesnt like sports. Nice place to visit if you are interested in ambience, not the place to go if you wanted to watch a game of any kind with a friend or friends.

Been here to Bokampers a few times already and every time has been a good experience. The waiter/waitress service has been very helpful, nice, quick and respectful. Food pricing is OK, a little up there like the ale house or chillis but well portioned food and has always been "fresh" tasting. Outside seating is very nice, either on cold cold days or even on the warm days. Parking is the only problem here being that it shares a parking lot with a university. I would definitely recommend Bokampers for anyone to try at least once.

Went there for Mothers Day lunch. Place was empty inside and out. Table they sat us at was dirty and no one came to clean it. Asked the hostess to clean it and she never came back to do it or make sure it was done.Food took over 45 minutes to arrive and was cold. We had no napkins or silverware (silly us, we use those things when we eat) There was plenty of staff standing around doing nothin....certainly not helping patrons. My advice is hire some experienced staff!!! HORRIBLE experience. They really need to get it together.

$17 for a skirt steak that came less than 12 an inch thick, overcooked and 5 inches long with rice and beans. Hugely overpriced for what was delivered. When I complained the server said he agreed the new pricing/menue was a joke and I should write a complaint on yelp or trip adviser. When the barker sent it back and asked the chef to do something about it the chef sent word back I could have a burger instead. Overpriced poor customer service and a very poor attitude. If I want a burger Ill go someplace else.

This place is actually just trash, two years ago Id be more than glad to come in and enjoy a lovely meal, however now the quality of the anything here is at an all time low, my advice for any new comers or returning customers is to watch your step, you might trip on the bar that seems to have been lowered at this once great restaurant Ps. If anyone would like to donate pens and papers to the waiters so they can stop "memorizing orders" Im sure theyd appreciate it, maybe then they wont mess up orders.
