I went into this location a few months ago. The service was terrible, half of the staff wasnt doning anything, We had to clean off our own table even though the staff was standing there. The guy cleaning the lobby literally just swept the entire time we were there. After our 15 minute wait for food and the other 15 we spent eating he wasnt even done sweeping half the resaurant. I couldnt help but think if thats how they teach how to clean how clean can this restaurant be? The burgers we got were completely charred and burnt. I love 5 guys in almost every location but this one, the one closest to my house, its terrible!!!! I ended up contacting corporate who put me in contact with their district manager. She said to make up for it she would send me a $10 gift card to 5 guys. I thought about it and even though that wont cover 2 meals I appreciated her attempt. I gave her my address 2 months ago, she said it would take a couple of weeks. I still have not received the gift card and am assuming she didnt send it. Not only are the employees at this location incompetent but apparently so is there district manager. But, at least she tried which is more than the staff could say.

I.S.L.A.M. If you order your food and as you complete the order show them that you are an Allodial American National and Noble of the land (Not Taxed)and if you ask the General Manager for his name and the corporations number to complain about the matter so that the company can fix this issue rather than comply with Federal and State Law the "General Manager" told me he was going to call the police on me. All of this because he refused to take his time with the register that I am sure would have allowed him to comply with the law. AA222141 is on the public record and he assured me that he was a competent represent of the company. Sadly he proved Unhelpful and unwilling to assist me with making a more formal complaint of the matter. I hope this helps any authorities catch these crooks who are so recalcitrant to the rule of L.A.W. in America/AL Morocco/Northwest Amexem I would hope that this finds a level headed ear who might know what could be done (within your corporate structure) to remedy this matter so as to cut down or prevent future embarrament of your customers.

wOW, this place has really "jumped the shark". Hadnt been here in a couple years and how it has changed! Place was FILTHY and despite the huge number of staff standing around, no one was cleaning the place or wiping down tables. We had to do everything ourselves. The burgers are now $6.29 and look about the size of a breakfast biscuit even with the double stacked, charred, fragmented things they call hamburger patties. The buns were stale and dry and look like they were stepped on. The best part of the meal was the free peanuts. That was the ONLY high quality food in the whole place. There was almost as many people behind the counter "working" as in the restaurant. Despite nearly a dozen or more workers, it took FOREVER to make our order of just two hamburgers. I noticed on the wall, all the awards STOP at year 2005. Been a long time they won anything and now I see why. What a shame. They used to be incredible with HUGE juicy burgers and lightning quick service with only a few people actually working.

Although the food is good, I have had slow service more than once. The other day at 2:00pm, it took 10 min to get my hotdog. This is how it went down, no line so I order Hot Dog with Bacon and Cheese and raw onions, diet coke. I watch them grill the dog and put it on the counter (3 people are around my dog but busy stacking cheese and laughing) my dog just sits there. Minutes pass and finally someone looks at the dog and gets a hand full of onions and throws it on, wraps the dog in the foil and walks it over to the brown bag. (Ya here comes my dog) NOPE! Its to only thing I order and now its on a table in the bag and no one is going to call my number .... Please help me. I finally go over and ask one of the workers to hand me my bag. Story would be over but when I opened my bag ... you guessed it NO CHEESE..... We need to concentrate on the customer process not the cheese stacking process. Michael

* Prices are high - too high. **Regular ($5) burger is a double. Small is a single. What a sloppy mess (even every picture on the net shows this). Not quite sure how this uninspired concept gets rated so high. Ive given it two chances and both time have been disappointing. Meat is an unseasoned mess. Nothing special about their fries. Service was scattered and lackluster (not that I expect 5 star service from a fast food joint). Backyard Burger has Five Guys beat for a burger joint (great tasty burgers, fries and shakes). I just wish BB had a sit-down site in the area (their potato soup rocks and only seems to be available at locations with a diner). NOTE: As a friend and I sat and looked through our bag meal, in both bags, as many fries that were in their holder were also thrown in the bag. What a waste.

Went to the Altamonte Spring location to see if the burgers were as good as I have heard. Took a friend with me. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers, 2 regular fries and to regular drinks. The tab was almost 21 dollars! The burgers were not huge compared to other burgers I have purchased to places like Chili’s or even some from Burger King. The taste was just average, nothing special. The buns were just regular sesame seed, again nothing special! The fries were probably the best part of the order, good flavor and plenty of them. Friend & I both gave the same verdict, just an average burger that was overpriced! I grilled a burger the night before and it was much better! (and cheaper) Don’t understand what all the hype is about1 Thinking of opening a hamburger joint and calling it “One Guy Burgers!”

The burgers are great, but the service at this location is terrible. I ordered a cheeseburger with various toppings and my Fiance order a little bacon burger with various toppings and explicilty asked for it without mayo and cheese, since she is allergic. On the first order they mixed up our toppings, when we informed them of the mistake, they remade only one burger with just mayo and cheese on it. Either thier staff is utterly stupid of it was intentional, either way the service is terrible. Normally I would never write a review based on one event, but they have screwed up our order 3 out of 4 times in the last six months.

This is not worth it. Its been 25 minutes after we placed an order, and 15 minutes after half of the order was completed. I just asked about the second one 5 minutes ago and was told it is still being made. Same thing too, nothing fancy. A burger. :) So I ate mine, and the person with me ate fries. Amazing place if you want to eat alone, annoy your company, and in the process be annoyed yourself. Update: finally asked the manager for a refund for the sandwich that was not made. Got no word, as if he was pissed he had to give me a refund. Our first visit here. Absolutely never going back.
