just visiting the area. stopped in for dinner. food and service was great! staff was friendly and prompt. Id definitely stop back if I was ever back in town. First paragraph was done while I was dining but wanted to add this when I left. The bartender "Anthony" who come to find out was a manager. Provided my meal for free on behalf of buffalo wild wings. He was super friendly and we got to talking. I told him why I was In town because my wife was at the Cleveland clinic getting surgery for her breast cancer. He was very sympathetic and the gesture was heart felt. Buffalo wild wings got themselves a perfect manager for their establishment and from my short visit had a wonderful surrounding staff! Refreshing to see as this is often not the type of service you receive these days. fyi this is probably the first review Ive ever taken the time to write and the first paragraph was written before I was given my meal for free. Stand up job and wish you all the best! Thank you for making a PA resident feel welcome in Ohio!

I should mention I only was there once and it was for the world series. At that time because of the series, it was SUPER loud. But not annoying oddly enough. Just felt like your in the presence of friends during a game. Everyone was friendly and the staff was kind and helpful. Though because it was busy sometimes you couldnt flag down someone because they were busy at every table. But thats ok. The food was incredible. Im not really a wings fan when out but we went and it was half price wings. So I got the "large" order of boneless wings, garlic Parmesan. They were only about $10 something. Probably the best wings I have had! It also comes with various unlimited vegetables for those who need them from eating spicy wings. We stayed for a few hours and came back every day for the next few games. I really have no complaints at all.

The worst dining experience Ive ever had. I sat at the bar for 20 minutes before someone took my order for a drink. I ordered boneless wings and waited 45 minutes for them. I ordered a few more right before I left. 45 minutes later I left without wings. I wrote on my receipt to have the manager call me, he owes me wings. After 3 days, I walk in and he gives me 12 wings instead of the 10 I ordered and assures me that he only gave me extra because its more convenient for him. Ill be following up with more negative feedback for this location.

I had placed a call in order. Made it home and a fingernail was in my $45.00 meal,yes a human fingernail! I would never eat that again! I called the store in the morning and talked to a manager. She said I can get 10 bucks off my next meal.. Wow that was horrible... Please check your food if you eat there.

The wait was too long for not being crowded at all. The food was below average in taste considering its fried food and not gourmet. This is the 2nd time we have been to this location and been underwhelmed. To be fair, the manager did make adjustments to the bill, but we wont come back for food anymore.

Had the buffalo chicken sandwich with the corn nuggets. Sandwich was ok but not great. Corn nuggets were nice and sauce was a decent flavor. GF had the spinach artichoke Flatbread and the boneless garlic parmasean wings. Overall decent but service was mediocre else would be 4 stars.

I went in there last night with a friend and there was a "40 minute wait" which turned out to be 1.5hour wait. Then we get the food and my friends food is cold, my food was fine at the time but it gave me what seemed to be food poisoning. I dont recommend this place at all.

By far my favorite bw3 in the area. Their wings are always the bomb. Its just not the same at other places. They always cook my wings just the way I like them crispy and fresh. I would definitely recommend them over other bw3 restaurants in the area.

Stopped in for lunch on a Friday. Lana was my server. Very courteous and knowledgeable. She hung out and talked baseball. Food came out quick and cooked perfect. I go to Bdubs in Avon Lake quite frequently and this location definitely stands up.

The burger was extremely burnt. Food was terribly salty. I asked for the sauce on the side not once but twice, and they still got it wrong. Bathrooms extremely messy! Hopefully they figure this all out! We wont be back for some time

Watching game 4 of the 2017 NBA finals. The atmosphere was lit, and our waitress, Megan, was amazing. She was super friendly, and made the experience 110 times better. The food was good too. 10/10, Megan was the best ever.

The menu needs work it tells u calories but,leaves out details like the differnt order sizes.The differnt flavors can be found on the bottom in fine print.For the price and service you can keep the place.

Brand new BWW with quick staff and good food. The only downside is that its a littld pricey... except on Tuesdays for their half price wings! Very good location too. I recommend the place.

Very bad service, when dont like to serve a desert after 12:30 am, please change your timing, do not treat the customers ill. BWW has a standard and this place has ruined it for me
