I have to say Olive Garden is the best Italian restaurant I have ever been to. Their staff makes sure they go all the way to satisfy their customers. My husband is in the military he just got out of active duty and we went to Olive Garden for our anniversary and let me say that they take EXTREMELY good care of military people. They do military discounts and the prices are very good. Some people may say that their prices are over the roof or a tad bit expensive, but they are actually very decent prices, affordable is what im trying to say. Over all Olive Garden Is a Very good restaurant and its family friendly as well. Ive never had a problem there at all they always take good care of their customers. Thats why Im a big fan of them. Both my husband and I. So if you are military take advantage because their military discounts are AMAZING!! we are actually going there tonight bc they serve you alot of food for a great price.

The service wasnt particular great, it was decent. Nothing im going to write home about. The food arrived promptly, it was cooked and seasoned well.... We were sat next to a family with small children. The family had very little interest in keeping the kids under control. The kids would often get up and run around the restaurant, neither the parents nor the staff seemed to care... Other than that, the only issue I had was (which I have with all olive gardens) the amount of bread sticks. There were two of us, yet everytime they brought the bread around it was set in odd numbers. Not only that, we were given less bread than the couple next to us. It could have been that the couple next to us were larger than we were or just that theres no continuity. Overall, not a horrible experience. I would be willing to go back give it another try.

I feel as though this Olive Garden is starting to go down hill. Maybe we just went on an off day, but that is no excuse to have poor service. Firstly, the staff were SUPER nice. Unfortunately, that does not make up for the dozens of times I needed to ask for the same thing. We were looked over a few times before someone came to ask us for our beverage order. We were rushed to order our meals, which I am assuming was due to how busy they were. We RARELY saw our waitress. The automated system on the tables may be trendy, but it promotes poor customer service and offers neglect for the patrons. I, personally, like the interaction with the waiters/waitresses. It makes me feel more welcomed. However, this did not happen this past weekend. I hope they step their game up because their food is pretty decent.

Seated quickly, drinks came out normally 10 min later the waitress asks if we want our salad, when she brings salad- no breadsticks. Table sits next to us half an hour later with same amount of adults and one more child but low and behold they get their food first. After waiting a full hour (20 min after the table next to us got their food) we ask for a manager. who says everything was running slow but couldnt answer why every table in our area now had their food except for us. He returns less than a minute later with our plates! The manager ended up giving us our appetizers for free, but we didnt pay close to $100 for that kind of service! I thought olive garden servers go through vigorous training before getting on the floor what happened to our server elana p?

shrimp scampi was just fried shrimp put in butter until it got soggy, our waiter lead us to believe bread stick dipping sauce was complimentary.. trying to hide charges on the new kiosk pay at the table.. make sure you get a booth because the chairs are extremely uncomfortable to sit in, my whole party was shivering and it was crazy loud in the restaurant, almost like a large cafeteria. also the menu is pretty bad. the only pictures of the food items are like 5x zoomed in too much and if you need to a put translations on every item then youre doing it wrong.. nobody in my party could figure out what they wanted to eat. I dont know why people flock to this place and red lobster is going out of business. red lobster is 100x better right next door.

I would never go as far as to say Olive Garden is traditional Italian food and Ive had my differences with them in the past but I have had no complaints for many years now. They accommodate small groups as well as full family and their staff is always extremely nice even when Im not. Its hard to find good service and the way I look at it at least around here we were either going to some fancy restaurant for food but you cant make it home or youre going to a restaurant because you enjoy the service and you enjoy the food. Olive Garden has decent tasting food an extremely good service. That provides for a relaxing and enjoyable environment.

I went at 3 pm on a Friday @ the Altamonte location. We were taken all the way to the back of the restaurant, where the bathrooms are. All the tables going back were dirty. The area smelled HORRIBLE & the lunch was also not good. The salad has 2 thinly slices of tomato & 2 black olives. The rest was lettuce, croutons & a few slivers of onion. We both ordered lasagna, which was very small & mostly noodles. I will not be back any time soon. Very disappointing. Boo to Olive Garden, you should loose business quickly at this rate.

Great food and they are always improving the menu. I havent been in a Olive Garden in a while but never had a bad experience. Now they have tablets on every table were you can order items from and even pay your bill . You can also play unlimited games as long as you pay $1.99 . With most apps nowadays free with options to buy powerups the $1.99 tag is a bit excessive. Pluss who doesnt have a cellphone these days to play there games for free? Great Food Very nice servers. And all you can eat bread sticks. Whats not to love?

The food here was fantastic! The portions were bigger than the ones Im used to from my olive garden back home. The only thing I didnt like was how I saw many servers on their cell phones!! Given we came during a slow time, we could see into the room where they make drinks and many waitresses were just standing around talking or on their phones. Very unprofessional. There were only 3 tables in the place besides us, and the amount of people seemed unnecessary. But overall, good food good service.
